This game is being shafted if it's only given a 9. Ninja Gaiden Black ranks as #31 on the all time best game list according to GameRankings(which I feel is actually a bit low). But nonetheless, if IGN is saying "Sigma is easily the best in the series," then with the new merit based ranking system this will surely earn it 9.5 or possibly even 10.
