I just started started playing H3 since the title update after 3 or 4 months of not playing and truthfully those things are a problem but since TU2 only thing remaining from what you said that I've seen were behind spawns which are only an issue in Team SWAT when people are idiots and hold the trigger down when they spawn and shoot a teammate. Also grenade duds are an issue sporadically, TU2 has really improved the usefullness of grenades. They seem to do signifacantly more damage and are actually a viable option to kill people without weakening them first.
As for the maps I love the Halo 3 maps, I also loved the Halo 2 maps. And I like how you said BS kills because you know what EVERY game has BS kills its a fact of online gaming live it. Halo 2 had just as many BS kills. You seem way to angry about minor ass details that are unimportant. Your b****ing about 1/100 or more odds of a freak instance.
If you can't learn to deal with it go back to Halo 2, I was on Bungie.Net earlier and seen there were 700 people playing while H3 has 200K, guess more folk enjoy 3 so have fun.
Actually, H3 has 100-330k people on every day.
