So I've narrowed it down to either

http://www.enermax.co.uk/index.php?id=55&cat=11&subcat=62&product=121ℑ=1&L=0

or

http://www.thermaltake.com/product/Power/ToughPower/W0132/w0132.asp

I'm having a hard time deciding between them could you please help me out?

edit: linkd

Does a dual rail psu with a 20 A rating per rail mean it really has a potential of 40A? Cause im not sure how this works...

There are issues with the OS, not the hardware itself. You can usually get them to work, even in Vista, using some built in Windows 98 compaitibility modes and such. I'm not sure about Diablo, but Half Life shouldn't be a problem.

However, I tried everything under the sun to get my old copy of Red Alert running on my new machine with XP, and I couldn't get it to work. I think eventually, some of these games will become lost without some emulation or other help.

I have also played diablo on vista, it does work just be sure to "Run as Administrator" when you launch the game and it should work fine
