iown ps3 and ill admit sony did do a slap in the face..but MS does it alot more.

yeh its good, honestly i would have said mgs4 is the system seller on this console..and before mgs4 i ouldnt give you a straight answer..

however ps3 has some great games: MGs4, socom (its patched and theres a great community), R2, uncharted, LBP, warhawk..etc.

honestly tho i think the system seller was lbp. After dissing it and thinking it would be another bad flopped exclusive i decieded to pick it up just for the level creator..damn am i wrong about the game..I havent touched the levle editors yet, ive been having so much fun playing story, extra missions and user generated levels...its a def buy. finally bringing back old school platforming in a new and intresting way

 

 

I have thought about this a lot since it's release. I have been extremely happy with some many game releases, but no game has ever done what this game did for me.  

Upon beating this game you find yourself with a vast memory of moments and set pieces that dwarf things found in other games. There are so many memorable shootouts, combat situations, cutscenes, easter eggs, boss fights and emotional powerhouses.

On a more technical note, the game looks absolutely incredible. It has one of the best soundtracks - ever. And has some  of the crispest and clearest weapon sounds around. 

This game is a masterpiece, and the best game I have ever played in all my years of gaming.

wow u exactly said everything i was going to..

i agree..past mgs were good, but kojima made mgs4 epic (last fight) (the metal gear fight was AWSOME)..all the raiden sceans..and every part of the ending was like WHOA..then you think its over..but its not..and then everythings sumed up for the past 20 years...it was great.

You see dev's enjoy making fun games....and most game on the wii arn't fun....hence why they don't make them for the wii

Second.....Dev's like challenging themselves to make a very pretty game.....and they can't do that on the wii

actually i disagree...

devs like making money, sure tthere are devs who like making fun games, but there arent as many as you'd think..

devs hate challenges.. in interviews they say they like them but only series devs enjoy them hoping to make a breakthrough (in which they'd end up making money)

there are truthful devs, i think kojima is a great example...Another multiplat devs would be ubisoft (at least most of there work it).

yeh, lol because metalgear solid 4 could be done on playstation 2.5... GT is silly...but why do i care what they think, they can have fun secretly playing there ps3's while publically bashing them..Hell, they can play xboxlive with souljaboy for all a care (one of the reasons i own a ps3, i never want to be in a game with that moron). But h onestly who cares

if killzone 2 gets a 2.0 on this site, you think thats going to stop me from buying it?? nope.. i stopped listening to ratings for awhile,and so far its done me good.

Well that's what I was going for really! An MMORPG-esque game to play with friends!

Nothing can really compare to WoW for me, but I cnt really afford it! Is this a tasty substitute?

I didn't buy it on the PS3 but I would on the psp.robobie

but i got it.and i love it, the storyline levels are faboulous. And playing coop is fun as hell.

as for player created levels, theres a lot of unique levels, god of wars, silent hills, marios, megamans, etc. Theres a ton of remakes (which are being banned and reposted everyday, so you can play them)...

as well is orignal and great standalone levels (some people really do a great job and make the game extremly fun. I love hearting levels only coming back playing with a friend..This game is perfect in everyway.

Trophies, great, it forces you to "play" the game to get them, so its a win win, u play the game and have fun and get rewwarding.

Then creating your own levels is a whole new ballgame that i havent even explored yet.

As for customization, theres alot, customize ur sackboy and have fun...its a great game.

i highly suggest it, i havent met 1 person who doesnt like it.

-As for it coming to psp, well..it will be good since the controls dont really make use of 2 analog sticks, only 1. i can see it happening and being a psp system seller

its a pretty fun game..many peoplelove it..i find it unique, i like it. Look at GT review, theres plenty of good reviews for the game...

GS just finds it hard and  therefore gives it a bad review..

learning curve is really steep, and its hard, but its like a mmorpg on ur psp
