@1234ritchie DLC pass are a good deal sometimes (in my case however buying this pass would cost more than what I've paid the game), but the reason they do it (especially EA) is surely not because they "need" the money, is more about milking as much money out of every consumer, and please, don't say it isn't true, because if they really wanted to make us save money they wouldn't have damaged the used games market by introducing the Online Pass in the first place when we alrady pay a subscription for playing online on the 360.

Lol, first of all this premium membership is a good (not great) deal if you are into Battelfield and expect to be for another year and you haven't purchased BackToKarkad. Now, what is suprising, is that I went online yesterday and every other player was a premium member, so the supposed VIP aspect of this membership is no more than a fancy tag( an btw they still died the same as any other). Anyway I'm contrary to this membership for some reasons: Prioritary server access should be only available on selected servers; resetting your kill/death , win/lose ratio is lame as hell (not to mention useless); Double XP = Pay to win; And paying for something you are going to receive in such a long term isn't fair IMHO, I'd rather buy as an example the Skyrim DLC now, an arcade game later, and always when I feel like to, and spending the money only when I receive what I've paid for. Still I really mean it when I suggest (but not strongly) everyone who is really much into Battlefield to get it.

Yea they should add friction, I've always thought the ground on Ridge Racer was too slippery.

So, basically most classic controller games. How could Nintendo take a step back on the revolutionary wii controller and go back to the classic two analog sticks ? They haven't been much coherent in this aspect.

@LandauTST FFVII was the first 3d game in the series , try to understand that nowadays it's not an easy choice to give up years of evolution of the gaming industry in graphics and gameplay just for the story, I might as well be reading a book then.

I tried to play the original last year on PC, but I just couldn't. I must say that I even like the series a lot even if I didn't play the original games, I saw the characters in kingdom hearts , Crisis core for psp, and the animation movie "Advent children". It's a shame that they won't make a remake because I just can't be playing a game with such outdated graphics and mechanics when there are much more appealing games on the market now.
