i have a similar question as the original post. y are all of my games off center? everything on the screen is moved to the left about 3 inches (52" screen) it cuts off a lot of stuff. its not the tv because it only does it to the ps3 stuff. but what i really find weird is that i DONT have a black edge. seems that if the whole image was off by that much i would get a black bar down the right side, right?
the quick answer would be yes, put it in a open area. but if u dont want it sitting out in the open, as i dont, then u just have to do a little extra work. i have mine in my tv cabinet along with my 7.1 stereo, so yeah it can get hella hot real quick. so i just set up a pusher/puller fan setup in the extra wiring holes. plugged it into the stereo so it comes on when ever the stereo is on. only problem i have now is huge dust bunnies because its pulling air in from behind the tv...
there are many ways to turn it off. i recommend u try each of the following. 1. find the breaker box for ur house/apartment or whatever. flip each switch one at a time. go and check if ur ps3 is off after each flip. 2. call the power company and ask them to come out and mark where the power lines are (only applicable if u have ur wires run underground). buy a shovel and start digging. i recommend bolt cutters with rubber handles for next step, but they are optional :P cut power line. 3. when u recieve a power bill in the mail, place it in the toilet then crap on it. flush. repeat if necessary. after 2-3 months ur ps3 will be off. 4. if none of the above work, try holding the ps button and turn it off that way. CAUTION: only try step 4 if 1-3 doesnt work. enjoy
does anyone know of a broadband tester that will work on the ps3's crappy internet browser? ive tried a few and couldnt get any of them to work right. im trying to figure out if its really worth moving furniture around so i can have a wired connection instead of wireless.
yeah u can play on euro servers now. has a lot of other fixes too. dont know if anyone noticed how the tilt sometimes worked, especially when ur waiting for other players to start. well patch says thats fixed... but now its doing it to me while im playing... so now u have to have nerves of steel so u dont move the control and make ur dude start juking and jiving all over the fing place... oh well
