You could cross out the PS replace it with Xbox and add 60 to the 3 on ur playstation :P Ask your parents for the money then say you'll get a job to pay them back or meet them halfway or something(what are they getting him?) a 360 is alot for a 14 year old on his birthday so he shouldn't expect any more and if he does he's ungrateful and doesn't deserve the 360.
I completely forgot that it was out today and didn't get any point cards but my dad lemme borrow his credit card :D I loved this game on the Dreamcast and it's even better now with the HD and leaderboards
I wouldn't worry too much about it dude, after playing the demos they dont seem like anything special. The Club is alot of fun as you're just running around shooting dudes, it's pretty old-skool but not worth busting your balls over and definately not $60 worth. I was looking forward to seeing what Turok was like but now i'm not so sure. The guns are terrible, had more fun with bow and knife. Even though alot of the stuff Turok does is pretty badass(knife kills etc), he doesn't look it, he's sort of fat and look abit on teh short side and looks like a reject from Gears of War but with not as good face textures. The frame-rate is also abit dodgey in areas, you get attacked from every direction(usually behind) so you end up trying to turn around but I found my self bumping into everything mainly because the areas are quite small and the dinosaurs being quite large especially if there is a pack.
Bioshock isn't my game of the year, to be honest I don't really know what is. Out of all the games I have played this year, none of them really stood out and easily declared GOTY, not even SMG. The thing about Bioshock is that, while a very good game could've gone further with what it was. The atmosphere is terrific, I'm a big big fan of art deco and it'll definately be getting my vote for best atmosphere. For a shooting game though, the gunplay is fairly weak. The bullets that are actually any use, you can only hold a certain ammount of and by the end of the game Big Daddies are very easy to take down. I think the game also makes excuses for itself in the A.I department for just having everyone be crazy so they chase you. I haven't had a chance to play Mass Effect yet so I can't comment on it but it looks good from what I have seen but GTOY, hmmmm.

It's the same as playing it from a disc. Whatever problems the retail has the downloaded one will have too.
