Why do people in Australia, Canada, UK, think we care about their government taxing the hell out of the game causing them to pay more for the game?tkemoryDid we say anythign about our governments making us pay more? No. Simply stating the fact that we do pay more (double for DS games) and I think alot of us would gladly pay $60 for a game.
It can't go on the virtual console because Microsoft owns Rare now. Anyways, Goldeneye would be great on the Live Arcade. It wold be even more awesome if they added an online addition.[QUOTE="illbitcrusher"][QUOTE="matt2012"][QUOTE="suzukigsxr"]if it went to any system I would think it would be released on the virtual console for the wiikylet6891
But Rare can still make games for Nintendo as we have seen on the GBA and DS. The thing about Goldeneye is actually very complicated, there's movie rights, I believe Activision now has the Jame's Bond license to make games and everything with Nintendo, Microsoft and Rare.
Also, Donkey Kong Country 1 and 2 are on the Virtual Console RIGHT NOW. The only thing in the way I would think is the Rare/Activision rights problem. I mean, Microsoft is letting Rare make a VivaPinata Nintendo DS game, so that shows that at least we have some hope.
Although Rare made DKC1+2 they are a Nintendo franchise which is why you are unlikely to see Rare franchises such as Banjo Kazooie etc[QUOTE="suzukigsxr"]if it went to any system I would think it would be released on the virtual console for the wiimatt2012It can't go on the virtual console because Microsoft owns Rare now. I'd like 2D, but 3D is fine also, and Capcom can do it, look at rival schools, that was basically a 3D maxed out Street Fighter ,anyway.DolacideNicely put, I was thinking about Rival Schools aswell. The 1 for Dreamcast is amazing, it needs a sequal.
Im gonna try again, because this never gets answered anywhere, does anyone know a CONFIRMED UK release date? thanks in advance.III-Rob-IIIThere is no confirmed date yet, just slated for early 08. There have said to be problems with guitars, drums etc so hopefully these will be fixed by the european release as my GH2 guitar was faulty (whammy bar doesn't stay in place, star power didn't activate) and the store hadn't heard of any such complaints and wouldn't take it back replace it.
