@consolehaven: Game sites are already saying "pre order Final Fantasy 7" when this isnt even final fantasy 7. Kinda sad.

And fyi there were a ton of RPGS with a ton of customization (FF6 anyone) before this. There wasnt really much revolutionary about it, it was just a good game.

Also it does have better graphics today with AI picture cleanup. Its already done (remako).

All of those backgrounds ARE 3d models, they dont have them because Squaresoft threw the source files away. Now we are stuck with this crap.

@TJDMHEM: Im sure it will be "good" as in a one time play. Dont expect it to come close to replacing a go to playthrough version of FF7 tho. It wont even be close.
