@sam628: Your comment is completely speculative. PS4's launch line-up was horrific, but it outsold the Xbox because it had more power for a cheaper price.
The wife and I put this one on about 2 weeks ago and couldn't believe what we were seeing ... with that being said, we both fell in love with it and really hope that they make a Season 2.
They're doing their best to distract people away from the Xbox One X. They release this teaser hoping that people will put off buying the Xbox One X because a PlayStation 5 might be on the horizon (it isn't), this'll be a GT Sport LTD console.
They're also having Horizon Zero Dawn's Expansion coming out on the exact same day as the Xbox One X release. Sony are talking complete nonsense when they say they're not worried about the Xbox One X.
We're incredibly lucky where we live. Our building supports Fiber to the Premises, so we can get the 300mb packages. 10 feet in any direction around our building and it's back down to 40mb packages.
My biggest gripe with Xbox these days is their unwillingness to throw any money towards 1st Party Studios / Games. Don't get me wrong, most of the games I play year in, year out are Multiplats and having them looking best and performing best on Xbox One X is the reason I'll be buying one on day one, but they need to have exclusives that matter, not shovelware that no one is gonna care about 2 weeks after release. Forza Horizon 3 is the last Xbox One exclusive that really delivered.
2013 - PS4 lauches with a terrible line-up of poorly received exclusives but sells because it was more powerful.
2017 - Xbox One X launches with a huge back catalog of games spread across 3 generations and is the most powerful console ever made ... people complain that it's got no games and power isn't everything.
This is how fickle the gaming community has become.
