@xantufrog: They pushed the GPU to 88% but the overall system power is performing under 80%. Basically means that when the console launches, it'll be more powerful then when DF saw it.
@xantufrog: No ... what I'm saying is, the Scorpio Dev Kits are operating below 80% of their full power at the moment. An update in June is meant to unlock the full 100%. I'm not referring to the 66% GPU usage seen in the screenshot. The hardware isn't running at full power yet.
@slimdogmilionar: It's also worth noting that the Scorpio GPU is only running at 80%. I believe the May XDK update will increase it too 90% with the full 100% being available in the June XDK. So yeah, this is Forza running at Native 4K / 60 FPS on an 80% power GPU.
Scorpio hardware running a ported version of Forza 6 with Native 4K / 60 FPS and only 66% GPU use is huge. That thing should smash any multiplat they throw at it. Now if we could just get some decent 1P games in our library.
I'll be buying the Scorpio. But if the latest rumors about a 2018 PS5 are true. I'll be jumping ship permanently to PlayStation. I want exclusives and it's all very well and good having increased horsepower but if you've got no exclusives to show it off then what's the point. PlayStation on the other hand are smashing it exclusives wise.
