how can it be... They give away games to try to attract new users, when most of them (including me) just hit (download) & run (back to steam)
Steam is my choice, simply because of longevity (how long I've been on steam) and convince (99% of my PC game library is on steam) I don't have a need for any other launcher, nor do I want another launcher installed on my PC.
@hardwenzen: I haven't played the game in a few months (been playing another game) but, I've been a fan of the series and have played since D1 beta, and I still say there is far more worst games out there in terms of MTX. And, again... Very few buy cosmetics in Destiny. Usually just the noobs, and the players that don't see the harm in MTX. I for one have never spent a dime on any MTX, in any game.
Do you want me to post you a video showing everything what's sold on the mtx store in that game? I think you need a refresher or something. Its literally like playing a mobile game, and prices are way worse than they once were as well. And don't be naive thinking nobody is buying lol the whole reason why the game has been so profitable for the last few years is because of mtx, not mediocre expansions.
Regardless of how much in MTX they've sold, Do you really think people are only playing for the MTX cosmetics? It's those "mediocre expansions" that keep people coming back, It's why their shitty servers are so clogged, and people have to wait in "queues" at the login screen, every time a new expansion is released. whatever they keep selling in cosmetics is just icing on the cake for them.
I know why I continue to play (all be it less than I use to) If Bungie can continue getting little kids with the mommy's credit card, or retarded, gullible "adults" to buy their MTXs... more power to them.
All that matters to me, is my money. And, outside of expansions (if I like the game) and, the initial retail price of the game I'm buying, no game publisher/company gets anymore of my money.
Anyways, I've lost interest in talking about this anymore. Whether its MTX or expansions, it being no better than a "mobile game" or if there is/isn't worst games out there, I've already put too much attention in to something I really don't care that much about.

This still doesn't make sense, because in the stupid hypothetical you've created, he rated Ahsoka highly and Killers of the Flower Moon poorly, which would only make sense to you if you think Killers of the Flower Moon deserves a bad rating.
