Other than the fun factor of strand, the story is shit.

especially in comparison to say, witch queen.

There was a couple of places in D1 and I believe early D2 (before being vaulted) that had strong neon/Neptune vibes, that Bungie probably drew their inspiration from, for this expansion.

I definitely was expecting more of a neon/glow look, and a better story.

If I had to give my rating on this expansion (without playing the new raid yet evidently) I wouldn't go any higher than a 5/10, and without the strand ability, I would have went lower.

Give me another mature rated punisher show as good as or better than the Netflix show WITH Jon Bernthal, and I'd be a happy camper.

@bren7473: I personally liked all the hobbit movies, and all the LoTR movies...

The only thing I can't get behind is the new show and the idea of a new LoTR movie.

If they wanted to do a spin off or another prequel (like the hobbit movies) maybe a gollum movie or something.

Smiggles small back story in the second hobbit movie was pretty interesting... I don't know how a full length movie would do.

If they would lower prices back to what they were a decade ago, they wouldn't be having as much of a problem with password sharing as they are now.

And, I (as well as others) wouldn't be finding other means to watch our favorite TV shows and movies.

I would rather they stop when ahead. The show is trash, that's enough of a stain on a otherwise near perfect franchise.
