"Fix the timeline" is, of course, a joke about Destiny 2's current content season" <------

A joke is right. I got a better one, how about "Fix Destiny's timeline" and "time travel" back to Destiny 1 (I'm sure bungie would love to undo that damage of D2)

Give me quest like "zero hour" or the whisper quest. Give me new raids every season, and not this half baked sundial bullshit.

It don't matter though. They are all but done with Destiny. And while i believe we will see a D3... I predict it to be the same old shit, just a different day. Destiny 3 (if there ever is one) will be more of bungies "10 year commitment" to the franchise, then anything else. (good or bad)

Well, i read the whole article, and while a more immersive story is something we all want as guardians, the fact is IMO, they should put these secret items and extra story details in a new raid.

I'm most disappointed there wasn't a new raid. I don't want these half ass seasons. This sundial shit is stupid, and would have been better story (and secrets) locked behind a new raid. The raids are alot more engaging.

If i had my way, each season of Destiny would introduce a new raid. And i wouldn't mind having a NEW enemy... Instead of recycled shit, the same recycled shit they been shoveling us since 2013... Fallen/hive/vex... This is all we've had or reskined versions of them.

My guess is Bungie is putting out the least amount of thought and work, until the end of the 10 year vision, (2023) We MAY get a Destiny 3 in that time... after which we will get a look at what they have really been working on with that $100 million investment from that chiense company.

Time will tell... All i know is, I love Destiny, but it has gone downhill BIG TIME since D1. My fondest memories of Destiny as a whole was Destiny 1. I'll never forget getting the uber rare gally or waiting up until 2AM (my time) for the launch of VoG.

Things like House of wolves, the sundial, niobe labs ect should ALWAYS be side activities. Raids should ALWAYS be pve endgame... Again NOT THIS SUNDIAL SHIT!!!!

Whats up with these "Major Discount" article titles? $15 is considered a "Major Discount" nowadays? I mean 50% off, 60% off, 80, 90%... yeah. but 25%, 15% ahhhh

Not really major discounts. During black friday, I bought Shadowkeep deluxe edition (came with all season passes) for $17 and forsaken for $12 (didn't really need Forsaken, but i recently switched over to PC and just wanted the complete collection on PC, and for under $30 bucks to be covered until the end of the year (or close to) i couldn't resist.

@crashchaos: Although i don't remember reading about Disney ever saying they were connected, i do vaguely remember seeing Hammer industries and Karen Paige's newspaper clippings. and a few other references. I stand corrected.

I guess will have to see how Disney decides to play things out. My best guess is they will try and make something acceptable to both audiences, and to me that would be nothing higher than a PG13 rating.

Regardless, we'll all still see it one way or another <--- and thats what Disney will bank on. I just think most of us would enjoy it more if it was like DP1 or better. R rating, crude humor, and all.

I'm still salty about Punisher. That was my favorite show. And it's so hard to believe that Disney will go down that path, and Deadpool isn't too far off for Frank Castle, just a bit more wacky, and wears a costume.

but, I hope i am wrong, Because if we see Deadpool like he was, chances are Frank isn't too far away... and I'm patiently waiting.

@crashchaos: Actually the Netflix shows were not part of the MCU. Disney allowed the shows because of 2 reasons IMO.

1. Different company handling the projects. They license out the tv show rights to Netflix... Same way EA has the game rights. You think Disney is telling EA how to make a video game (Especially when their own game division failed) No

&

2. When was the last time you seen a Disney film that was Rated R? A DISNEY FILM.

Marvel is a BIG piece of their pie now, they will be VERY careful how they proceed on how the movies are made, what the story lines are, and to be able to reach a large as of audience as they could. (young and old alike) That, and the fact that their Marvel movies produces a shit ton more money than the games and shows combined.

So of course there will be careful consideration in regards to movie rating. and what information is said to the public prior to release.

The amount of asses in seats they will receive with a PG13 Deadpool verses a rated R version, will be their biggest question.

Is it worth making 2 separate cuts?

Will the fans be upset over the PG13 rating? or will they get over it, and still sell a shit ton of tickets? What you got to ask yourself, is the same question their asking... Will you still see it, if it is PG or PG13... and thats the reason i question everything...

Because personally... I (along with probably most of you) would still see it regardless, Which is why i believe there still rolling around the idea of watering down the character, to fit more in line with MCU standards. (PG13)
