thats great and yet so true, you see without Nintendo's Wii-fit, hardcore gamers will become hunch back halo playing unhealthy slobs.
wow
lol gaming KILLS!!!!... hows that for a twist that would make even Bill O'Riely proud...
anyway hardcore gamers can have their dark rooms, large screens, uber powered consoles, and sedentary lifestyles "simulating reality".... i'd take real reality anyday... for gods sake just go outside and do something!!! so nintendo doesn't have to "casualize"...
and if you want to look at it that way i think every company has casualized sony, microsoft, and nintendo
sony's "home"...
microsoft's "media console" seriously... scene it? wth?
and nintendo's ... well you've read it....
it's a new market appealing to the "new american"... hardcore gamers are a dying breed
Yea this is all extra money that i can spend on anything i wantKanoko
well u could build an amazing one for like 5,000... or you could get a company to build u the same thing for 10,000.... but seriously... that would be an amazing cpu either way
when i open up steam, then pick a server it starts loading but then it says game server unavailble and i get a pop up from my norton virus protection saying, "Auto-Protect has blocked a Trojan Horse from attacking your computer." ive been playing this for a year or two and this has never happened... what gives?smack_masta
same problem.... norton released a patch today and it isnt happy with css so wait for another patch i guess... a ton of other ppl already complained... u can disable auto protect start the game ctrl-atl-del out reenable auto protect and be fine...
Looking for something similar to Command and Conquer, but more realistic. Something that doesn't deal with Tiberian stuff. I like navy ships and air force planes.RossMathis
hm.... rise of nations? lol thats old tho... good game... very good game.... i still play it on occasion
Hello I jsut recently bought a case fan for my computer its a 120mm fan. Im in need of help because I dont know where to plug it in at. I dont see any spots on my MOBO that say fan and im getting really flustered. Someone Please help me. ThanksRiisk
well is the power connector 4 pin or 3 pin? 4 pin is a molex and that just plugs into one of your power supply 4 pin molex things... 3 pin then there should be another 3 pin slot somewhere on the mobo unless they are already full... just look for where the other fans u have are plugged in are... normally they're close together... but it depends on ur mobo.... if u have like a prebuilt from dell or something generally there are no extra fan slots... so u'd need a converter so the 3 pin can be a molex
The problem is not every one knows how to achieve said results with perfection,I have heard cases of people suing companies claiming the fans weren't big enough for what the wanted to "achieve". In any case,a warranty for each part is the best decision(And very costly).[QUOTE="Dualshockin"][QUOTE="jaminnbn"]how so?... as long as the temps. are kept down and the voltages are proper there is very little problem... plus put some water cooling on and a good mobo for oc and that pc will last awahile... maybe pop in a HD2900XTX... or even a 8800 Ultra... and thats like killing a ps3 easy... and when the new intel and AMD procs are out... its over... although price is the downside... F-Minus
Ok I edited my last post, maybe you missed it. I'm from Europe as you know the PS3 costs 600 EUR here. So http://www.mlacom.si/article.aspx?docid=24992 here is a pre-build box that smokes the PS3 and it costs 540 EUR. So it's 60 EUR cheaper as the PS3. However if I build my system with components I can take an E6600 instead of the E4400 for the same price or slightly higher as 540EUR, and have trice the performance. You see building his own system is better and cheaper in the end.
Anyway here's a PC pre-build, I can go there right tomorrow give them 540 EUR and pick it up.

And what is it's model name and in what stores can I go purchase it right now for $600 or less, with all the parts included? I need to be ready for Crysis.
just build ur own... each individual part comes with a warranty... lol and even some dells and alienware offer to "overclock" your pc out of the box... and sueing because they don't know how to oc? thats an easy one to decide... i mean you accept the risk when you oc... so yea plus too many ppl try to oc and just plain old crappy parts...
