The game looks like it could be alright. If it turns out good I'll buy it in a couple of years, or whenever it is that the Windows Store becomes a functional PC gaming platform.
@kentray1985: If MS wants to support PC gaming they should come in with a good store that provides a proper service and is viable competition with the competitors. And they shouldn't release their games as locked down apps that aer inferior in quality to what is expected on the platform. Until they can reach the bare minimums of what is expected of them, the best way they can support PC gaming is by making their games as accessible as possible.
@leimonides: He has certainly expanded the scope of the discussion in terms of specific things that MS supposedly is planning to do to catch up to the rest of PC gaming. I certainly want another good, competitive option on PC, and whilst eventually results are needed (certainly before I spend money on Windows games), implementation takes times and I'm willing to give Spencer the benefit of the doubt here.
I appreciate that they seem to be listening and responding well, but it really shows how blindingly out of touch they are that they would even consider introducing their new found passion for PC gaming with their ideas and infrastructure in the state they are in. From my perspective, coming out with a closed system for PC gaming is XBO always online debacle levels of misreading your audience.
It's a lot of money (~AUD$950) too spend for the opportunity to play a few games you don't really want to play in order to show yourself that eventually it will be a great system to play games on.
