@DaRq_MiNoS NG+ would have convinced me too buy the Def. version, the game would have been so good for it. As it was I played it 4 times, and I'll likely play it again. For it's many flaws, it's one hell of a fun game.
I played a bit of this in Japan recently. I don't know much Japanese, so my friends daughter was explaining the basics of what was happening, but it was very fun to play.
@Buck_Swaggler I'm not sure how to add links. But the numbers, which are trustworthy to varying degrees, come up on sites such as this, other gaming sites or Forbes with some frequency.
CDPR, which I would trust highly, say the legal:illegal ratio for Witcher 2 is about 1:7. Forbes research estimates that over 4 million IP addresses share game files per month and over 10 million games per month are pirated (2009 research).
I know this probably isn't close to the proof you want me too dump here, but plenty of sources put out numbers around the 4-5x mark for AAA games.
Ubisoft say 93-95%... Not so convinced by that one.
