Sad reality is that because the computer logs are on AMD's servers, and could potentially be tampered with by somebody with knowhow (or fabricated)... any evidence that is purely digital (whether its true or not), is probably not going to help them win the case.
Even if they had a video of them putting a hard drive into their PC (which they dont), it would STILL be circumstancial, (although a much better case).
I cant see how AMD plans to win unless they have some more aces up their sleeves.
rage was amazing, I picked up the game recently after buying my i7 2600k with a ud7-b3 motherboard and what was high end at the time which was a gtx570. I was able to increase the textures by about 200-400% using a small hack and honestly I still feel like it was one of the best looking games I've ever played. The steampunk overall design/aeshetic was really cool too along with the general shooting engine. Dunno what people are complaining about. It was a couple of years between the e3 announcement and the release, i followed the whole thing and was reasonably pleased.
Gaming competition based on cooking? They might as well have a Gun shooting competition where you enter by writing a thesis on animal rights, rainbows and unicorns.
You can get a logitech g930 for near 100 dollars, i initially chose this model then saw listed on ebay, then visited a website for a small importer and saw they had stock reduced even further (I think it went from like 140 to 100 or something). Its kinda no wonder they took so long to release Astro gear in australia because Australian hardware just has nowhere near the value of buying stuff from the states due to the premium put on it from shipping. Only a few very high volume lines can be put out at a good price. You might have a minor quality difference between the sound but I bet its minor if any at all... the 930 is 7 point surround.
@johnners2981 Mass effect looked better than all those games you listed, I have a top spec'd box and play everything on the highest setting and it looked far FAR better. I'm actually surprised / baffled that you would even compare half those titles, which although all stand okay on their own, are no comparison. We are talking about PC here right? I'm assuming due to the lack of graphic setting options mass effect automatically spec'd to your machine so I guess your machine wasnt good enough to see the game at high settings.
The only reason people would hate this game is they were noobs and played it on console instead of PC. This game was facking legendary on PC. Really good graphics and awesome feeling shooter interface. Hands down brilliant conclusion to the trilogy. Best looking game.... i think ive ever seen!! (And I've played every big title for years).
