So this is me just wishing for the impossible, im aware of it. I want a really big technical jump in terms of animation and presentation, No loading times. NONE. I dont require a specific setting or anything, but we have heard wispers about it being set in boston, which i think would be great (its a fantastic city). I want all of the characters to be killable at any point in time. improved shooting. Pacifist playthrough possible. a bunch of options for permadeath, hard core difficulties and other toggleable options that extend and change the gameplay experience. Stronger writing and ending than fallout 3. oh, and better gore and physics systems than in fallout 3.

meh whatever lool i just thought about buying bf3 now, cuz i play it on the 360, give it a go on PC.Covert_Fxyou wont be able to run it. At least not fast enough so that its worth playing.
Does it even make sense to use the term "indie game". i mean i am aware of what it means, but the quality of indie games now is at least as high as the quality of AAA games. the only difference is budget. look at torchlight 2 compared to diablo 3. i dont know if it makes sense separating the two when judging them. indie games can hold there own.
voted for it. but man is the art bad.
if you really dont want the hassle, just buy that first prebuilt one.
but honestly, me and my brother just built his. We had never done it before. it took like 4 hours. wasnt that hard. just make sure you have your monitor plugged in all the way so you dont freak out and think your mother board is broken................. srsly though. lol
my brother didnt screw in the DVI coard all the way, i hit him in the shoulder when we found out that was the issue. lol,
i am not a huge dear esther fan, its cool, but my appreciation for it isnt really the narrative either. And okay, i agree with you about the atmosphere being the most important and strongest narrative device in OoT, but narrative is still not the first thing that comes to mind when i think "what makes LoZ good?"the atmosphere is the story
i don't mean the plot itself
if you just want plot, here is dear esther:
guy on island
going to killhimself
the end
goty 10/10 hardcores

and there is more to Dear Esther than that. the narrative has different parts that randomly show up. you cant here it all in one playthrough.
[QUOTE="jettpack"]i didnt adore dear esther or anything, but i did enjoy it.... and looking for zelda for a good story............... welll ocrina of time is amazing problems?that is a landmark game, absolutely. Its not a narrative tour de force. not that dear esther is either.[QUOTE="Gammit10"] I took a screenshot of this to help me get through any rough patches in the next few days.

[QUOTE="TheManTheManMan"]Oh, yeah, sorry. I am using a DESKTOP. I was only wondering how people with laptops game.FelipeInsideOK, then follow my guide on my previous post.yeah, his advice is good.
[QUOTE="JigglyWiggly_"][QUOTE="FelipeInside"] You know nothing about quality gaming... go back to Quake... Gammit10
it's not a video game
if you think i can't appreciate a good story
you're wrong
he just talks on and on about wanting to kill himself and keeps moaning like some scrub
if you want a good story, play a zelda game
I am having a bit of trouble running it on my mac to. I have a mac OSX Version 10.6.8 with NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M graphics processor with 256MB of GDDR3 memory on 2.4GHz and 2.53GHz configurations Intel HD Graphics with 256MB. I know I should get another NVIDIA drive but I thought it would be able to run with the 330M one. Could someone recommend a graphics processor that is compatible for mac that is great for gaming. Jim_bob101you wont be able to replace your graphics card in your mac yourself. If you have a Desktop PC you might be able to put a graphics card in it. BUT! there are things you have to check
Is there room in your PC case for a graphics card?
Does your power supply have enough voltage to support a dedicated graphics card?
I am going to assume you dont want something to expensive or mind blowing, so you can try an older, lower tier card.
this is a super cheap card that will definately max out Dear Esther with no lag (dont expect to be able to run anything though)http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&Depa=0&Order=BESTMATCH&Description=gtx%20550&IsRelated=1&cm_sp=KeywordRelated-_-gts_450-_-gtx%20550
These are options for the GTX 550. might be good for you? maybe? possibly. idk. hope this was helpful.
BUT! Dont buy it unless you have done your research about your computer and are confident you can install it yourself (its hard at all, look it up on youtube)
srsly tho, do your reasearch, you wont be able to put this in your mac, but if you have a desktop PC you might be able to.
