@zmanbarzel: yeah, this is for the holiday season, but since they're relying on old games (in terms of release), it shows they flat out lied at E3 when they said that they'd show more games other than Smash/Pokemon Go/Yellow remake, because clearly they don't have those new games to show, otherwise they wouldn't use last year's games as Black Friday pushers...
Couple things to point out here. This game is not only from 2012, but that the fact they're using it as a bundle shows how weak its new software lineup is right now since all the major franchises are moving, or have moved to Switch. Next, this was originally a 2DS bundle (the $80 version), so this very well likely spells the end for the non-folding 2DS (already down like 80% in shipments year-over-year), so that's likely to be discontinued this year with New 3DS XL following suit, leaving just the New 2DS XL left, and surprise, surprise, that system isn't exactly flying off the shelves as multiple special editions that were limited are still quite available in stores unlike times past. This thing is clearly at the end of the line, using a 6 year old game to sell it (that's like Sony and Rockstar releasing Grand Theft Auto IV for the PS3 bundle NOW!).
IMPOSSIBLE! The Switch is NOT a handheld (so claim fanboys), meaning it will NOT see any DS/3DS ports (according to fanboys)!! It's merely a replacement only for Wii U, nothing else (fanboys swear it's not replacing 3DS, only Wii U).
@chisoxrule: yet their fanboys keep saying that Switch (and 3DS) are UP, yet Nintendo's own report has them being DOWN! They then think a Pokemon SPINOFF is going to garner all these sales, and it's like when have Pokemon spinoffs ever been system sellers? They also argue Smash will do it, but how well did Smash push Wii U again?? Geez these fanboys aren't very smart, are they?

Nintendo fanboys also claim that Switch is UP in sales, yet the quarterly report has it DOWN in sales from this time last year. Why are fanboys so gullible to believe the lying Reggie and Nintendo? Look at the comparison chart from Nintendo's own report, both 3DS (in all regions, including America) and Switch are DOWN, not up!
