Type diaphraghm on wikipedia and learn how to use that just say "SSSSSS" and increase it in volume going up and down and you should feel a muscle in your stomach thats using your diaphragm now you must breath out while swinging and movement of your tongue works well. Doing this technique i sound very very similar to chris Barnes although i am still working on it and it dosnt hurt my throat at all!paulie69
