You can get an HDMI to DVI cable and connect it like that, you would need a Male HDMI to male DVI, or you can get an adapter for it...Try this:

It should work with your PC screen,personally i have a Female HDMI to Male DVI adapter connected to my PS3 and it works well, though you have to leave the stock cables on it to get audio out of it and configute the PS3's audio settings so that it outputs the audio through the RCA cables, since that adapter only works with video- not sound.

I have friend who works for Panasonic television department. There is not a big noticeable difference.

720p looks better on moving images.

1080i looks better on still images.

Exactly...720P is better for videos or games where the screen changes rapidly, such as racing games...1080i is better for slower movements, so a 1080i TV would look better then a 720p TV when watching/playing golf but worse when watching/playing auto races, playing a FPS and watching or playing many sports...
