So Long Everyone its been a blast

Well guys, If you haven't noticed I lost my Moderator Abilities after a Snafu that I caused for myself and I am truly regretting it. With most of the people of Gamespot that I talk to gone I have decided that it's time that I have taken my leave to let my life get back in with my track. I love Gamespot totally I do and I loved working with the Gamespot Moderators of Past and Present @shadowchronicle, @klunt_bumskrint and @c_rakestraw are the best moderators that i have ever worked with and Hopefully if I decided to return I and rejoin the mod team that I can do better then I did this time.

@DigitalDame - I am sorry to have let what happen have to even happened I liked when I was a Moderator cause when I was just a regular Gamespot.com user I felt like I could do even better and that was mainly when JodyR was still around with the team and I am sure we all miss JodyR for those who remember her, If I do return one day I will of course hope for another chance to be on the mod team to see what has changed, what is the same and work on what needs to be worked on.

To all the Gamespot Users that know me and like me - I thank you for your continue support to Gamespot and I do hope you all keep on supporting for the future. If there was one thing I could have done when I was a Moderator I would have worked to make Gamespot spam free and porn free. Remember though the Moderator team is all Volunteers working there own time without being Paid to keep the forum as clean as best they can. Please make sure to keep flagging that spam and reporting the porn so that they can get it all handled

Well Gamespot I..I....I will miss you all

Laters guys

Hey guys,

So I have finally decided its time and so now I have gotten my own apartment in the next town over and well I won't have internet or tv until Wednesday so I have decided to attempt to see if I can access my Grandfathers Internet as he is in the same apartment complex area just different buildings. So if you don't see me roaming the forums or online for the next few days that is why...if only I could have ordered the internet crap earlier but, I didn't find out the Lewis Building Comcast Representative's name until today :|

I'm finally getting to live by myself and this is hopefully going to be a success cause I have to live there for 3 full months and if I decide that it isn't working out that well I will be moving back in with my folks and save a good chunk of cash. My Monthly Rent is $760, comcast tv+internet is $99 monthly, Food+Gas for my truck will be about $100-$150 but we will see what I really need haha

I was going to do the Xfinity Triple Play but I have a cell phone so why would I need a phone for the apartment if you know what I mean :P

@DigitalDame - I will hopefully be able to have internet ahead of time but if not I will be back online on Wednesday or hopefully even sooner if lucky

Well guys i'm bout to grab some more of my stuff that I will need over there and hopefully the snow holds off or at least wont be to much tomorrow. So see ya all whenever I get back

Navajo Fry Bread

Recipe gathered from Yields 6 servings

: The Dutch Oven Cookbook

  • Ingredients
    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1/2 cup instant nonfat dry milk
    • 1 tbsp baking powder
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 2 tbsp's shortening
    • 3/4 cut water
    • 6 cups vegetable oil [for deep-frying]
  • Instructions
    • Preheat the oven to 200°F
    • In a medium bowl mix together the flour, instant nonfat dry milk, baking powder, and salt. Add the shortening. Rub the mixture with your fingers until coarse crumbs form. Add the water and stir with a fork until the dough comes together. Put the dough on a lightly floured board. Knead until smooth, for about 2 to 3 minutes. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Keep it covered in plastic wrap. Shape a portion of dough into a ball, then pat it out on the floured board to make a 6 to 7 inch round. Cover with plastic wrap and repeat to shape the remaining portions. You can stack the rounds of dough with plastic wrap or parchment paper in between them.
    • In a 5 1/2 quart Dutch oven heat 2 inches of vegetable oil to 375°F. Turning once, cook each round of dough in the oil until it is puffy and golden brown (about 2 minutes). Line two baking sheets with several layers of paper towels, put the bread in a single layer on paper towels, and keep warm in the oven until all the dough balls are cooked
    • If you make this fry bread ahead of time, let it cool as fried, then package it in an airtight container. Rewarm in a 375°F oven until hot, about 5 minutes

These recipes are some of my favorites as I have cooked them myself and after tasting them I enjoyed the textures and flavors that they all gave. I wouldn't be able to a this point describe them unless I went and cooked them once again.

If you do they them please post back your thoughts on each of them or even send me a Private Message if you wish.

Won my Labor Board Case!

Great news received in the Mail today. A while back I went in front of the Labor Board of New Hampshire and 1 month later we get the Letter today and it told us I have won my case against the Diner.

So I am now overfilled with Joy on this Victory and now to wait to see if the Owner of the Diner either Makes the Check up or Files a Injunction.

Change in Plans

Well I just got some news and I am not happy but, I am okay right now.

The news is that even with all of Snakpakk's Hard work on trying to get me a pass from PAX East it was impossible as the Organizers wouldn't play ball.

Oh well maybe next year.

That is all

@Snakpakk - Thanks again mate :)

Truck Repairs - WHY ME!

So a few days ago my Truck.  2003-CHEVROLET-S10.jpg 2003 Chevrolet S10 started to sound weird while I left for work.  So I took my truck down to Sullivan Tire this morning and Dropped it off to get taken look at.

I get a call maybe 30 minutes ago and Find out I need a new Radiator Fan Clutch which will cost me $190 dollars.  That isn't so bad whatsoever...Wrong.  I just got another call from Sullivan Tire and they told me that the Truck Battery is near Death.  Its the Battery that was with the truck when I bought it from my Grandmother for $3,000.  Only 40,000 ish miles on it and still had the Original Battery that my Grandfather used before he passed away.

$170 dollars for the Battery and $190 dollars for the Radiator Fan Clutch.  So with both of these I will be paying up either just the $190 or $360 dollars (waiting on my dad's call back to see what he says)

Ugh for a 10 year old truck she is a great one Im glad I noticed the Truck problems right away and got my truck down to Sullivan Tire.  Thinking back to when I was with my Grandfather in that Truck when he was still with us.  It was awesome cause I loved the truck so much.  From being able to see everything to able to actually relax with him.  Good Times, Good Times.
