EA is jelly of Steam so they ransom all their games and make you pay the ransom through Origin. True story.

Your system is starting to slow down in today's games but is still capable of playing them. The longer you wait the better system you'll upgrade to as new tech is added and prices always go down as time passes. Once you get to a certain level of frustration at the slow machine then pull the trigger on the upgrade. Keep in mind that if you upgrade instead of building a new system then the upgrade could consist of adding a new motherboard as the current motherboard may not support the CPU's your eyeing. Start educating yourself and then make a decision once you've got all the knowledge and prices figured out.

Origin.. the site you'll visit every now and then when EA publishes a game you want and they force you to use it. Steam you'll use everyday and save money and have more friends on your list as a result.

I feel the same though I'd be sastified with any of 3 games instead of just 1.. Give me Diablo 3, SWTOR, or GW2 and I'll be happy for a while.
