Looks like the middle class is being swallowed. Holy crap! Are you feeling the pain? So far I am well fed and sheltered with great health insurance to cover my cancer treatment, and that's all that really matters to me. I live in California, San Jose where making 100k/year is necessary to survive but hard to live by if you're materialistic. I don't think those making 30k/year here are enjoying the comfort they live in. Most of us live in apartments with houses being really expensive and not worth the mortgage. I find it very sad that I am in category wage of those in the hundreds of thousands in America today compared to millions and tens of millions in America suffering from poverty. That's a huge wage gap.
Sadly, the current federal poverty level for a family of 5 is $28,410. No wonder the baby boom era is dead.

Its the same in the UK. To be honest i wouldn't mind gathering with others and tearing this society apart as its become a a joke! Also to the people referring to education just STOP! Not everyone can have a decent education and not everyone can have a great job otherwise the entire nation would be completely different! The jobs just do not exist! You the so called educated who make these comments are looking at a very VERY small picture where you believe you are the exception and you worked for it so can everyone else.... No not everyone else can not everyone has the ability and not everyone can be given a good job otherwise the menial jobs the important ones would not be done. The issue here is the lack of movement on house pricing / rent and minimum wage.
I myself will probably never own a home and the last time i checked that was supposed to be a right of every man and woman in my country. I work full time and i cannot afford to rent a place! This has a direct effect on my ability to have a family to meet women and to be happy in life all because i apparently didnt get a good education or a skill. Regardless of having skills or not everyone deserves a chance at a family and home while in FULL TIME employment regardless of if you think it takes skill or not. Right now i and many many other MEN in particular ("Men are still considered the providers and equality is more like women having their cake and eating it"), are in this position! People in less well established poverty stricken countries have a roof over their heads and a family. Is it right i am and many others are denied these things.
I swear to god me and other plp will tear this society down soon the London riots and riots in the USA are just the start. 1st to go will be the selfish rich! Put caps on wages feed money back to society stop the greed stop capitalism the greatest evil in this world.
Look at Google, Costa, and Facebook! In the UK they pay no or little TAX! It goes beyond loopholes in the law now its becoming an ethics war its about doing right instead of wrong! They come to the UK make BILLIONS in some cases and do not even pay a Tax which provides for the soceity i live in! Why? Because they are greedy they should be punished and as a matter of fact maybe it should start with them being punished. How can you let criminals like this exist i mean who's benefitting from the millions they havent paid in taxes? Certainly not my people and it makes me sick./
