Give it a year. I think they will work on the Xbone, PS4 and PC versions simultaneously. In the meanwhile, R* might throw us a bone by porting Red Dead Redemption to PC... please? :)

Erm... I am puzzled... Why is this news? A little town in Scotland doesn't like it's name included in a game set in the west US coast? It's obviously a call for attention.
