Hi guys! I'm so sorry for the long abscence in here. School is pressure (I hate homework) so I had to struggle 5 more weeks before the term ends.

Currently, I have some period problems with myself last Saturday so luckily Auntie called and I told her that then she said that it's normal and I'll wait tomorrow and check if it comes back. Mom said it was normal so I had to believe in them. Man, I may have to tell mom to resupply before I used them all up...

I haven't played anything right now but for the past few weeks I did and some are from scratch while others are a must finish. I'm addicted to PC gaming at some point :P

Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King
I admit it, back in the Philippines I loved this game. The graphics blown me off and the music is great! But battles were a bit of a problem though, I get to grind twice as I normally do on other RPG games and the money is a bit scarce. I started the whole game again from some reason so it's grinding time!!

Curse those Mad Midget Five!! (The cutscene made me LOL)

I hope I should play more PS2 games once Climax Heroes is released!

Hey guys! Whatcha up to now? :)

So today, I finished Genji: Dawn of the Samurai (Japanese Version) a while ago (started last week) and I feel accomplished after beating the final boss. Though I'm still going for the Continue Mode to fill up the Weapons List so I can get their rewards once I completed it all! But that can wait until I finish Konjikidou (first half) to purchase the Special Orders (and a hefty money to buy 'em all). I simply love this game next to Okami despite that it's too short (10 hours is just enough to beat the game), I really like the gameplay and it's environments! Definitely worth playing!

I suddenly had trouble in the US version so I will start fresh and do the same!

Oh and I'm currently taking up my repeated Web Design subject term so yeah, I'll try to work hard and earn the passing grade.

God Hand
I now start the Kick Me Sign Normal Boss Fights, kinda hard at first since you won't be able to use those powerful God Reels and the God Hand unleash but not to worry! There's always an arsenal of your martial arts to do the work! I cleared Stage 1 and on work to Stage 2 and here's the clips for the bosses.

Anyways, my online terms is about to close but I have real problems so the outcomecame, I have to re-take Psychology again in the next 11 weeks. So in July, I will re-take Web Design and hope I can get the passing grade even without any of my best efforts in.

Then I will also wait for August for Kamen Rider Climax Heroes and Melty Blood Actress Again.



Anybody plans on getting these games too?

As the level title says, I feel asleep that I'm not happy for tomorrow.

Tomorrow will be my 21st birthday yet I don't feel giddy, excited or anything that would make me happy. It feels like it happens every year :(

Gradius Gaiden
First released on the PSX and made a US release on the PSP called Gradius Collection. Of all Gradius games I have played, this just mezmerized me not only on the game but on music, graphics, gameplay, everything! I was able to record it on YouTube so here is the playlistif you are interested. Still I wasn't able to record the extra boss in Loop 2 onwards so that can wait.

When I have free time, I might plan to play Yakuza 2 (which I decided to pick it but my sis paid for it) and see how it goes.

Hi guys! How's your week? Mine's boring yet the weather here is crazy, sunny, cloudy then sometimes rainy at night but the cold wind is still around. So for the meantime, here are the gaming rants!

Before I start ranting, I played Touhou for last month and only Immaterial and Missing Power and Scarlet Weather Rhapsody are the only I only played. Originally, the are shoot 'em ups but the bullet release are like mad so I didn't bother playing it XD

Anyways.

Immaterial and Missing Power
This is the first I played this and I'm a sucker for fighting games :P

I only played Story Mode and so far finished Reimu, Sakuya, Marisa, Patchouli and Remilia (all on Easy) but I'm going to continue it using the others (and needs some strats on beating their Spell Card Phases). I get bricked out all the time on Normal-Lunatic so I am stuck on Easy all the time. There's also an English Patch of it but I didn't download it for reasons. The characters that I used mostly are Marisa Kirisame and Youmu Konpaku (sorry Reimu and Sakuya, I failed to use you properly).

Scarlet Weather Rhapsody
The same as Immaterial but with a new card customization and with Hong Meilin out of the roster (wow), the game is somehow limited due to the Cost Gauge but it still brings out the fighting game. Yesterday, I finished Story Mode using ALL of the characters so I can finally breathe with ease and play Arcade Mode for the missing cards. The Result Mode lets you go head to head on Spell Card Phases that the CPU used during Story Mode and depending on the difficulty, bullets release in an increased rate.

The characters I used mostly are Sakuya Izayoi, Remilia Scarlet, Aya Shameimaru, Youmu Konpaku and Yuyuko Saigyouji (though I need some good Skill Cards from her). The characters are not based from their skill/usage but it's on how well you customize cards and perform combos.

Devil Summoner Kuzunoha Raidou tai Abaddon Ou
The US version is out but I am still going to record boss fights. I;m still at the near end of Chapter 2, recruiting demons and refining weapons while leveling up. I finally beat Jiroumaru and the Black Samurai guys so back on the real world to face off Tsukigata Dan (the US name is 'Dahn' like WTF) and his 'buddy' (can't tell you who). I tried the US version of it and since I have a save file of it, I managaed to get a freebie (based onyour number of playthroughs or finished a certain Chapter in DS1) and some demons too! Cool! If I have the time, I'll go for the US version and load my DS1 save!

I don't feel like ranting out my school cuz I'm already in a critical point x.x

Anyways before my Psychology seminar week comes up, I'm having a bad start on my Psychology terms lately but I don't have any problems on my other terms, it's smooth but gotten lower grades since I don't have interest in the Unit 2 project. Then rarely go out with my parents and go to downtown. What stinks though is they don't sell Shinra Bansho Choco anymore :cry: and the new expansion "Ouga Rasen on Shou" is currently in! There's always the main site of it for some new updates so I can look up there anytime.

Grandia II
So I found a good way on grinding although it might take time since Elena is in the party. I'm still in Inor mountains and saw that the enemies can respawn unless I proceed to the next area so I can take my sweet time going back and forth until I can get the desired level and set of skills I wanted.

Triggerheart Exelica Enhanced
I made a gameplay record on Faintear's Story Modelast week and turned out to be a success! I completed her Gallery so it's Exelica and Crueltear areleft although I will be still getting owned again in the later stages. Resort to training ahoy! Although I getting fed up playing it over and over, I need to complete their Gallery! *raises fist in the air*

If there are more games I need to play back, I'll be sure to rant them out!

Hi guys, sorry for the long absence! Just took a rest after the Con and my parents are here right now so I was allowed to touch dad's laptop for the meantime (and doing records of Gradius III at same time!) and here's the latest vid I uploaded on YouTubewhile this is the whole playlist that I have been doing last week. I will be still continuing on it then I'll be on decision what to record next...

Ok, then on to School rants. I got an F on Web Designing while D on my Composition II then the school called me and said I'll be taking Web Designing again on July (honestly, I didn't like the lessons so I had to do the posting and Seminars but still gave me F...) so right now, I took up Psychology and Foundations in Information Technology but the schedule's are kind of messed up (Wednesday and Sunday respectively) so I did some posting and homework submissions while I'm not into the deadline day (Tuesday). Yeah, I haven't told that to my parents, I just kept quiet about it.

Then lastly, game rants. Sadly I was able to play only2 games and haven't been setting up PS2 since last night.

Suggoi! Arcana Heart 2
And again, I played this game to see how it goes and yest, I suffered finger numbs again after playing Heart's Story Mode. I wasn't able to play much due to pressure and spamming Orihalcus's 'FinalCrush' Skill (which does 99 Hits!), I won't be able to play it again unless I get better at the game.

Triggerheart Exelica Enhanced
All I can say to this game, this rocks! This game was originally from the DreamCast then ported into the XBOX 360 then last on the PS2! This game blew me off and it's fricking awesome especially the new character Faintear (completely broken but I love it!), and I have been unlocking their galleries (Faintear's done so it's Crueltear and Exelica) for quite a while so it's addicting. I will play this game more and for full fun, all modes arefully voiced so you'll enjoy the game more.

Akumajou Dracula: Sougetsu no Jyuujika
I'm near the end of the game.Just got all of the souls to 100% and the Chaos Ring as well then traversed the whole area for a 100% map completion. Also, used the souls for creating powerful weapons (even the Claimh Solais!!) to beat the final boss fast. Though I'm not sure whether to play Hard Mode on NG+ or a new file.

Okami
I...defeated Blockhead Grande at last! :cry: At last I get to test the beads which grants 10x damage and infinite HP and Inkpots. Though you're still graded at the damage so get them down fast!! Then I have the Japanese version of the same game BUT I'm planning to make a challenge out of it so details will be later...

2nd Gameplay but I get to test out the Japanese version of it too (1st play)so I'll be playing it either tomorrow or on Thursday.

Cid to Chocobo no Fushigi na Dungeon: Toki Wasure no Meikyuu+
Something went wrong on File 2 and I admit it was my fault (go laugh now). Will start over again on Hard Mode.

Dengeki Gakuen RPG: Cross of Venus
Crossovers from the Dengeki Novels like Shana, Kino, Dokuro, Index, etc.The story is interesting but the gameplay is somewhat boring and repetitive. Though I'm in the world of ToraDora and testing Dokuro (I swear my ears will bleed after her).

The term's over for me but the next one is split so prolly, I'll check them out on Monday.

I won't be able to summarize Kamen Rider Decade anymore. Why? My auntie told me that it's pratically useless for me doing it and not worth it. I was in a HUGE emotional breakdown for the past 2 weeks so...yeah. And onlineschool are getting boring nowadays, I didn't like working on the Project for Unit 6 and Unit 7 on Web Design. The Comp II, I lazily took a doc files of konrei's past project, took a couple of paragraphs and slapped in it. Basically, I'm not that interested at making collaborations with a fellow student so screw them.

Back to game rants anyways, I got hooked up at playing Cid to Chocobo no Fushigi no Dungeon on the DSlast night. I can't say this is a good game compared to the Wii version but has some major changes on the story but I still finished the game on Normal Mode. The post-game was a huge pain in the butt (first was Volg's Memories which is WTF level 60) counting the Chocobo's Dungeon which is 99 floors LONG and Kuroma's Memories (though on the Wii version was Kuroma's Future like wtf) which consists of 5 floors that are on Level 90 (no kidding, they deal huge damage so easy boot out of the dungeon). So after when all of those are cleared, I got the powerful Shinryuu Claws (imbued with Light Elemental, Flying Killer, Large Killer, Dragon Killer, Undead Killer, Elemental Killer and Demon Killer) and Omega Saddle (imbued with Evasion Up, Darkness Guard, Silence Guard, Able to walk sleeping monsters w/o waking them up) though I might plan to add the Saddle with Light Resistance so it gets resistance to all elements then steal the Ribbon from Hakaishin so I can remove the Stat Guards in the Saddle.

My progress last night is working on Hard Mode and I'm on Chapter 4, tackling the Guardian of the Light dungeon (lengthy dungeon and interruption ahoy) so I had to clear the challenge dungeons first then making it last. So here's the status for the meantime:



I will continue this game tonight and finish it so I can tackle the last few memories and extra dungeons! And avatar change! That image is from the Wii version of Chocobo's Dungeon (the 4 priestess from R to L: Meia, Freya, Shiroma and Kuroma) and looks pretty neat IMO.
