@nl_skipper @kalgert I fail to care about games like Splinter Cell and The Last of "Oh my god I am a crybaby over this game" (A direct quote from the fanatical fanboys of that poop), when people harass reviewers to review those games...Angry Joe's comments were FLOODED with people calling him an asshole and harass him to play those two games...While also using poor grammar
What the living hell is this!? You know maybe Thief isn't really such a "Great amazing game of supreme magnificence" but come on! This feels like a really low score for it, at least an 7 or 8 at best :/ I mean really, the game looks fantastic, also stays true to the license (Playing on the hardest plus the extra difficulty settings will surely make it a "True Thief Game" or TTG)... Basically I think this review is faulty and if anyone says "Play Dishonored", I want my Thieving experience and not an Assassin Simulator where I will stab people for the giggles and be a wizard!. Now if you need me, I will go and sneak around buildings stealing their cutlery, I need a new pair of spoons in this dark, gloomy Victorian city where death and decay rules the streets...
@abdulhamian @shingui5 @limakokba I gotta agree.. I myself sometimes feel uncomfortable playing a first-person game with low FOV, I always bump it up TO THE MAX...Well not completely max because then I just feel uncomfortable playing too, so basically around... 95-100
@HipHopBeats Dishonored: Action game with stealth in it, has magical teleportation and is in a cyberpunk setting (Not focused on pure stealth)
Thief: Stealth game with very combat options holding as: Fight one to two guys or run away, has no magic in it, looks to be as a Victorian setting (Focused on pure stealth)
So play Dishonored if you want an action game with stealth and magic or play Thief for strong stealth with no magic in it and little combat...I am interested in Thief and I want to steal, so I will play Thief...Besides most of the time I just want to sneak around and not fight people...
So someone clarify this for me: As far as I can guess from listening, Thief in an open-world game of sorts? Since he did mention side-quests and a city...
Hopefully it will be a larger game and not like...I don't know.. Being a little closed off. What I remember from Deadly Shadows is that the game was indeed open, but honestly I felt that the world was a little...Small in some respect
@hotrod_5 My first pick would also be Liara, simply due to the fact that I love her French accent and voice....She...Does have a French accent and voice, right?
Second pick would be that NPC from the City Elf storyline, the one that...I unfortunately forgot about, not the bride, but more of the friend lady...Damn can't remember...
