Flash Projects

I started using my Flash Professional just yesterday. I've had experience with it a couple of years ago when I was in my Web Mastering class in high school, but I haven't used Flash since then, so my skills with it is moderately rusty. What encouraged me to use it again was when I started surfing a site called "NuRPG". Apparently, it is a site that consists of stories that is of pure fantasy and contains made-up characters and creatures like dragons and werewolves. The stories written by the authors that stayed at the site often have been worked on very diligently, and that means they are good stories with good plots in them. If you are interested, go to www.geigercount.net, and while you are there, go to the NuRPG Homepage link and you're there. I am thinking that what is a huge step is turning those stories into short animation movies, so that is why I mentioned Flash. I have not mastered the skills of using programs that make animations yet, but it will be a blast when I do. I did contact the leader and we talked. I will be attending courses in the fall that focuses on my major, which is Digital Communication, and for once, I have beenattending with subjectsthat are considered fun to me. I never liked school, but it is only because I had to learn stuff that I never found fun like History and English.

My dream car.

Togo back to what I mentioned in the last post, I have been a huge fan of the DeLorean car ever since I have been watching BTTF. Then, when I started putting this car to replace some in GTA: San Andreas, it makes me want to want it even more. I know it's an old car, and it's likely to have problems since it's old, but then, on the other hand, no car is perfect. I also know it still as expensive as it was 25 years old (25,000 dollars if you want one in good condition). That is why I am going to start a summer job this year: to get closer into affording my dream car. I won't get it soon, but soon enough. Then, when I do get it, it will cost even more to have all that time travel stuff installed on the car.

Hooray!

Yep.  My computer is now back to normal, and it's better than it was, what with all the protection I have, and not to mention all the new games I got.  Last week, I visited in Austin to stay with my sister for a week.  It was there that my computer was fixed.  As it turned out, my PC had one of the worst viruses that has ever existed in cyberworld.  The name of it was "ntos.exe".

I had fun in Austin.  The week went by so fast that it just felt like it was only one day long. I am going to start having a summer job this year, and hopefully the money I obtain will get me closer to my dream car that I've liked for a long time. In case you're wondering what car I'm talking about, I have my mind set on the 25 year old DeLorean.  I started liking the car ever since I've been watching the BTTF trilogy.  To be honest, I have always liked "cool" cars, or in other words, sport cars, and I know the DeLorean is in fact a sports car.  So, there you have it.  Let me how you are all doing.

I'm still waiting.

Right now, I am still waiting for my computer to be normal again.  So far, my friend was kind enough to install NOD32 onto my computer, which is a program that gets rid of all viruses, spyware, etc. out of PC's, and it really helped in gettng rid of the remaining viruses and spyware that was there.  Only now, I still have a problem with my computer being so slow and it can't recognize my sound card and my internet connection.  I am chatting with you now from one of the computers in my campus, so don't think my PC is better yet.  It may still be weeks until I can get it to work normal again, so keep your pants on until it happens.  Once it does, I am not going to connect to the internet with it again until I have full protection from our server, SBC Network.  Don't want it to be de ja vu all over.

Attention everybody!

Hey, long time no see.  I suppose you're all wondering why I haven't been on Gamespot much lately.  Well, here comes the drastic news: my computer has been infected!  I have been working for at least a week trying to get all the spyware and viruses out of my computer.  So far, I have been able to get most of the bad guys out, but it seems that some damage from the bad boys has been done, which is causing my computer to still run incredibly slow, and it doesn't seem to recognize my sound card anymore.

Until I get everything to run normal again, I won't use my computer to go to the Internet, let alone risk any more viruses and spyware to hurt it even more.  It may be weeks before I can use the Internet on my PC again, so I just thought I let you why I haven't been around much.  The only computers I can use for the Internet right now are either my dad's PC, or a computer in my HCC campus.  The internet network in my campus runs really slow, but it's better than no internet, I guess.

I'll let you all know when my computer works normal again so I can use the Internet again after I provide protection for it. This is especially a good note to Fryrus, Medieval_Blader, Sparky45 and their unions.  So, don't kick me out of those unions just because I haven't participated much at all, since there is a good reason why.  See you later.

I'm back again!

Hello! I'm back. Sorry it took so long to respond back, but I was having so much with a game that I had no time to visit the Internet ever since I came back, so here I am. Anywho, it was pretty fun, thanks. I've always enjoyed visiting my sister and having fun with her and everyone else (my brother-in-law and two kitties). Unfortunately, I was feeling pretty ill while me and seven others were at the Outback Steakhouse in Austin most on Friday night. I did feel better that next day, but I could've sworn I was about to have the flu because I had achiness all over and even a sudden outburst of a slight fever on that night. That was not fun at all, but I still had fun with the bash. And Fryrus, to answer your question about Texas in case you're curious, from where I live is hot and humid most of the year and like I said before, it hardly snows in Houston from where I live. This year, we did almost had a snow day on my first day of college but I went anyway. Believe me, if you hate hot weather, you do not want to live in Houston. Where I'm hoping to live when I have plenty of money is to live in the mountains in Colorado. Now that is heaven to me since I do love cool weather.

I won't be here for a couple of days.

Why?  It's because I will be in Austin celebrating my sister's big birthday bash.  Even though her B-day is really on Saturday, my dad and I are going to do it anyway, because not only does she have big plans on that day, but I also have class on Saturday morning.  She is going to be thirty years old this year.

Why I like Bryce.

You know about that Yoshi image I posted not too long ago on one of my blogs, right?  Well, I had done all of that in my Bryce program that I own at home.  I've mostly been getting tutorials off the internet so I can learn more about the program.  However, that Yoshi image was just one of my first attempted projects that turned out pretty well in the end.  Most of the work that is done on my computer was either done on my Bryce 5 program and/or Photoshop 7.0.  For those of you that are interested in looking at the arts from Bryce and more, there is a DAZ Studio website that you can go to and check out the stuff everyone did.  Art projects that will just take your breath away.

Happy B-Day to my birds.

No doubt that today is two of my four birds' birthday: Snow White and Junior.  There are three years old now, and that means they've made it long enough for the earth to revolve around the sun three times ever since they were born.  I remember when I first saw them.  They were tiny, blind, naked chicks that depended on Fiona and Bobby to feed them.  It was just so cute.  I miss those times.

But then, you're probably thinking: are you letting your birds make more babies?  I would if not for my dad.  He found out about Snow White and Junior eight days after they were born, and of course, I got my head bitten off.  I don't mean that literally, but you know what I mean.  So, ever since then, I dumped eggs out the nest every time there was one inside.  I feel bad, really, but I can assure you that when I start living by myself, I'll let my birds do whatever they want.  That may be years from now, though.

So, let's all say happy birthday to my birds.  Instead of having a birthday cake, let's all have a salad with eggshell to share with them and jazz music to listen to. :)

What video game machines do you own?

Topic.

To answer that question myself, I own five video games machines in my house: SNES, Sega Genesis, Nintendo 64, Gamecube, and Gameboy (old).  I own at least a dozen games with each machine except for the Gameboy.  I used to go to the video game store much to rent a game every weekend, ever since rents were only two days long.

Before I had those machines, I played my sister's old Atari and NES.  That was when I started to play video games, and boy, was that a long time ago.  When I meant Atari, I meant the 2600.  From what I learned from a video in youtube.com, there was a machine called the Atari 5200 that was meant to replace the 2600.  However, it didn't work well at all mostly because the controllers were completely malfunctioned.  By that, it died off while the 2600 lived on.

I remembered when I played my sister's Atari.  It feels like ancient history now.  One of the games I played that I thought was fun was Dig Dug.
