finding hidden secrets in zelda. for me it was legend of zelda: a link to the past for SNES that did this the best. that little sound the game made when you found a secret door or dungeon still makes me feel warm and fuzzy.
i typically buy a game, play about half way through it and then another game comes out that i want. so then i buy that game and never finish the other one. sometimes i only play the game for like 1 or 2 days before buying another one and abandoning that game.

The last couple were relatively new purchases so they probably shouldn't count. I did play through Ratchet and Clank Future: TOD 2 or 3 times. The sad thing is that I'm thinking about purchasing another game. it's an addiction!!
i had one back in the day and probably still have it out in the garage or something. that thing rocked for track and field and it was pretty good for Rygar i think.
i never owned the original xbox and never really wanted it. i was a big gamecube fan and also owned a ps2. i didn't care for the xbox controller because my hands were 2 sizes too small to use it.
i own everything except PSP and i usually just get the good, exclusive games for each system. i've tapered off on my purchasing of Wii games now but if something good enough came out for it i would probably buy it. i assume i will be picking up gears of war 2 for xbox 360 when it comes out. other than that i'm not looking forward to any others.
the only one in particular i can think of is River City Ransom. but its probably because i don't have the time i had as a kid to sit and play it for like 6 hours straight. when i originally beat the game, me and my cousin stayed up all night long and drank a whole case of Coke!! now i'm in bed by 10 and drinking Diet Coke. =(
