If only I didn't have to buy the game twice to get two guitars. (Adapter for old guitars requires a bundle purchase and extra new guitar requires a bundle purchase). I purchased the band in a box bundle but am a bit frustrated with this marketing scheme. It stinks.

@ghstbstr @kappamerc @usmc_jesse I just don't see the difference in games being that huge (beyond the exclusives) so I went with the device that does more. I'm actually surprised at how much I like the multitasking capabilities. It's not perfect but it's a big step forward for a one box solution in my living room.

@hellgast0 Pikmin was pretty awesome (never played any of those before so I was impressed) but after a year the lineup is still pretty slim, I agree. My Wii U has a lot of dust on it :\.

@usmc_jesse I think given the fact that most games out now are juts so-so and the other entertainment options on the Xbox One, I agree. Its features stand out.

Xbox One production quality has been awesome. I am extremely impressed with everything it can do. I'm a PC gamer so I looked at the consoles and asked myself, "What can you do for an overall entertainment experience in my living room?" Xbox One won out in that scenario.

And all I'm thinking is "why did I buy a Wii U?"

I really enjoy the game. Been playing SimCity games since the SNES version. I love the expansiveness of 4 and I also enjoy the quality over quantity approach this game brings. The online issues are excusable.

The game itself is a 4/5 for me.
The online 1/5.

I understand there are small plots of land and in some ways that definitely feels limiting. However, I also enjoy it. It's a fresh approach and I'm glad they didn't 'do the same thing again.' Hopefully they'll get a chance to make another or expand upon this version.

After the SimCity, 4 hour stress test this week, I'm definitely glad I purchased it. I can't justify the lack of offline mode but the online features are great.

@green_scorpion The 4 hour unlocked beta/stress test earlier this week was awesome. Why do you think it's going to 'crash and burn?' My impression is that the game is going to do very well.

@pal_080 In the 4 hour stress test I did earlier this week, I had no issues playing the game. The online features they added make sense. While I can't say that there is a good reason for leaving an offline mode out of the game, the online features are very well done. I can say that the game doesn't use 'online only,' solely as a form of DRM. It has definitely been built from the ground up with community driven 'regions' in mind.

I can't justify the online only but it is worth paying for if you plan on playing it.
