With Keira Knightly's full body pics that i've seen she does look as flat chested as a guy and you can see trickss used to make her bust loook bigger (folds in the fabric, tightly pulling in at the waist). However in headshots it really shows off her face and her bust does look bigger.

Iwas simpley taliking about the pictures, i have never met her and so cannot critisise her person.
