Halo: Reach looks Amazing in Motion, Pushing 4 million polygons more than Halo 3
Some interesting information about Halo: Reach straight from X10 thanks to Joystiq. They were impressed with the game and say it looks amazing in motion.-Bungie showed a test animation of a battle between Noble Squad, eight marines and 30 Covenant -- it was even more impressive looking than it sounds. - The game is pushing about four million polygons more than Halo 3 overall, we're told, with a completely re-written animation system and A.I. - From the stills and footage we saw, it's on track to deliver -- the game looks phenomenal. - Revamped game engine and A.I. will allow Reach to adopt a more "sandbox" ****within its levels. They're going to be much less linear, he said, and much less scripted. - We'll say it again, the game looks amazing in motion.
I don't see what the bid deal is. Games get yearly releasesall the time, example Call of Duty, Madden, etc. etc. Value has said they haven't drop support 4 the first game. They already came out with a DLC. We don't even have a release date, yet people are going crazy. I think if comes out sometimein November everything will be alright. People act like its coming out tomorrow.
New Halo to be announced tomorrow? Achievement page spotted
Console Monster writes: "When Bungie became a privately held independent company, it appeared the Halo series would end with Halo 3. This talk was hushed by the announcement of Halo: ODST which we can expect to hear more of in Microsoft's E3 conference in just less than 24 hours, but there may be more than we expected from Halo at the event.
Kotaku earlier reported that a Halo: Reach forum was spotted on Bungie.net, which led them to believe that it could be a new Halo title, but a discovery made by Console Monster may just have confirmed this rumour..."
i got a feeling that Microsft will be announcing all sort of the stuff leading into next week E3. First we get New GTA info, now we get a new zune. Keep it coming microsoft.
