Or you can get it for the PC in "THAT" way. At least thats what Im doing. Mostly because of the crappy PS3 port, and because of the intrusive DRM.

Same here. Though I still havent bought a new 360, still waiting to be 100% sure that it will last at least 5 years.

They removed the old school system as they found complaints from gamers, saying it made it uncomfortably hard. I cant believe people cant play with a health bar. It adds to the diff in the game.

Why is it so CPU intensive? I understand the RAM, because of the open world environment, and I can partially see the GPU, because to render it with a large draw distance would take a lot of power.

But the CPU? Well, I'll still buy it, and hopefully, that was a very high estimate.

Most likely due to the constant loading that has to go on. Citizens, textures, effects, cars, weather, lightning, etc. Though a quad core seems to high. I wonder if they are releasing it with a crappy engine with no optimization done to minimize reqs.

Only with XBL. The rest is just stuff that MS steals from others, and then pays the settlement in court. Just looking at all the troubles MS has in Europe due to software infringments gives you the idea.

Also, their current 1st party games are not completely Original. Was it not for its compelling Story, LO would be just an old school RPG. BD was mediocre compared to more recent RPGs (and I hate Toriyamas lack of creativity in his designs) but it was playable, specially with the lack of next gen JRPGs at the time.

Im holding my judgement until I can play a non-demo version of Banjo, but so far its not good.

MS best in games comes from 2nd and 3rd studios, Gears, Halo, Tales, Ace, etc.
