First of all your not going to be doing any gaming on a GMA 4500.

The GTS 250 would be the best option. You can buy it on Newegg for ~$135.

The GT 220 is not a gamer card, more like an HTPC card. That can be had for ~$70.

I wouldn't of suggested it if I didn't know if it would work.

Try and get some DDR3-1600 RAM at CL7 if you can. This would be perfect for overclocking.

I suggest getting a Gigabyte UD4P since it actually supports multi-gpu setups. It has a 16x slot and when you go SLi or CFX it goes into 8x 8x.

No, you can only do CFX with a GPU from the same family. IE HD 4 with an HD 4 and an HD 5 with an HD 5.

You CAN'T run games in XP Mode.

XP Mode doesn't support DirectX or GPU acceleration.

no not really :(. It's best for you to get a power supply from the following brands: Antec, Corsair, Cooler Master, OCZ, PC Power and Cooling, Thermaltake, Silverstone, Enermax, Ultra, etc.UltimateGamer95
Going to have to agree here with Gamer on this one. Your better off one of those brands of PSUs.

You can, but I believe you have to reoverclock the standard edition card back to those speeds. That's because CFX downclocks the faster GPU to the slower one's speeds.

It's nice though that you can actually fill up a x58 motherboard with max RAM now. Since all the x58 boards I've seen support 24GB max.
