You shouldn't be... like I said, they've been out for some time. Unless PS3 does something to bring something new to the titles, scoring a year old game the same would be a little silly since the bar has moved up since.[QUOTE="killfooler"][QUOTE="sheepdogg23"]If Rainbow Six and Elder Scrolls (which both got above a 9 for the 360) both don't get 9's for good factual reasons, I'm gonnna be a little suspicious.Sgt_Hale
It doesn't matter if the game has been out for a while. Especially in Oblivion's case... it runs better than either of the two original releases and includes content that neither of those releases included. So if the two originals deserved a 9, this one deserves one as well.... not everyone with a PS3 has played the other two versions so it should be judged on its own merit.
Furthermore, R:FOM and VF5 deserved 9's based on their own merit anyway and there are plenty of other review sites that agree. I'm not sure that MotorStorm deserved AAA, but it definitely deserved at least an 8.5. GS reviews are pretty suspect.
The point is, I highly doubt Tony Hawk (if it was RE-RELEASED for the PS3) ran at 1080p and loaded faster, would get a perfect 10 rating again. Time AND expections play a factor in the rating system.
