LBP is barely a platformer anyway.

Lies. LBP2 was an awesome platformer, it was more than a platformer but it's mechanics were just flawed
[QUOTE="SPYDER0416"][QUOTE="lightleggy"] OK look dont bring up the internet thing, please shut up about it because no matter how many times I see it people wont believe it, but believe it people I had 4mb download speed and was placed on servers with green ping, usually 3-4 bars (which is around 50-100 ms) and no lag at all, and no nobody was lagging my connection either. and you'd be a fool to believe that low ping/slow speed actually causes "double kills"...you will NEVER see it happening in counter strike or even halo, no matter if you have 999 ping you will NEVER get killed by a zombie.lightleggy
If you are referring to when you kill a guy and he kills you, its not a connection thing.
Unlike CoD and Halo, KZ and Uncharted don't have the bullets magically disappear when the person firing dies. Annoying? Yes, but try shooting someone who is also shooting you, you might notice that it doesn't matter who died first since you both got shot.
It also just sounds like you might be terrible, but idk. Both games had fantastic online and you can act like your word matters over that of everyone else, but its not my problem.
no, im not talking about that. oh and btw that doesnt happen in COD, in cod you can be killed by the bullets of someone who is already dead, hell theres even an accollade awarded specifically for when this happens. what im saying is that in UC2, you kill someone with a headshot, it says "BOOM HEADSHOT YOU JUST KILLED THE GUY" but the guy you just headshotted keeps running and kills you even though the game had already said that he was dead. thing is most MP games "confirm" kills with all the clients, so when you kill someone the server will say "ok this guy is dead" and pass that info to every person in the game so that no matter how much lag the other person has, he can no longer kill anyone else. in UC2 and KZ2 this isnt like that, the server doesnt confirm anything, it just says "ok you killed him!" but it doesnt tell the other one "ok you are dead!" it lets him keep playing until he catches up with the info that he is dead.Yes that is True. especially with the Melee like you can shot someone and kill them but their last second melee will still kill you. Or like you shoot someone and they run around the corner before they Die, which is the infamous Bullet curving corner Lag-fest. UC2 was very bad but it Was ND's first ever Online Multiplayer shooter so give them a break. UC3 have improved upon those lag issues

Visitors at the The Exhibit Bar in Balham can play one of three games every time they use a urinal.
The video game has been trialled in a bar in Cambridge since mid-July and it has proved to be both popular and profitable.
One of the game's co-founders, Gordon MacSween, was not sure how the public would react to the game initially. But as soon he saw the game on trial at a bar in Cambridge he knew he was on to something good.
The game was designed to create a valuable media opportunity from the 55 seconds the average male spends while he pees just staring at a blank wall.
There is an advert played before and after the game promoting a drink you can buy at the bar.
At the end of the game, players are encouraged to post their scores via mobile to Twitter and to a live leader board so they can compete with their friends.
The units will be rolled-out in selected venues across the UK in early 2012.
COD sounds perfect for you. Anyways, KZ2 is nothing like COD or Battlefail. one entire match is a mix of many objectives, capture the flag, capture the area, attack enemy area, defend your area, kill single marked enemy on the map, enemy comes kill your marked man on the map, deathmatch. All objectives in random order one after another so no match starts off with the same objective. the class each have their special ability, invisible snipers, deployable spawn group, engineer, medic and Infiltrators who can look like the enemy. 32 max players for KZ2, 24 max for KZ3. weapons have heavy recoil and weight, infinite Ammo box. Yup the perfect Multiplayer
UC2 was crap COD 1-2 bullet kill health system, horrible match making and horrible Graphics
LBP2 obviously have a few better features like Online playing with friends, costumes, Create and Share user generated content, but the the Art style and Controls of Rayman Origins shatter the competition. LBP2 was flawed by the aweful Jumping, swinging mechanic and unresponsive 30fps controls. This made it very hard to play it with the PS Move and just timing jumps in general and shooting, which timing is all that matters in platformers. Rayman Origins nailed the responsiveness dead on with it's 60fps and the Jump mechanics blow away LBP2.
LBP2 is a very beautiful game with probably the most advanced cloth, lighting and particle effects on any platformer but Rayman's 60fps take it to another level. Rayman is like a Disney Cartoon 2D movie come to life and very well proves that Art Style > Graphics. The Hand drawn art is Wow, no words to explain it. Go download the Demo for a glimpse but even the Demo doesnt show the game's fullartistic potential. LBP3 can learn a thing or two from Rayman Origins in terms of control responsiveness and jumping, swining mechanics.
