Weaksauce, I can do 60 fps on my pc already.

Austindro

yay now the whole world knows that your PC can do 60fps, you are now officially popular

The point of my statement is that many pc gamers are already gaming with 60fps. It will be embarrassing if next gen consoles run at 30fps.

Wrong. many PC gamers struggle with framerate. yet the few who can afford to run 1080p 120fps try to speak for the whole PC world

next gen is all about detail and devs and gonna want to push as many things on screen as possible. sure next gen consoles can easily do 1080p 60fps but it will still only look this gen. 30fps is absolutely playable and even have its own benefits over 60fps. the best looking console games next gen are most likely going to be 30fps, allowing max detail and maximum polish.

why dont developers make it so we get 60fps when playing in 480p, current gen consoles can run that with no problem
