Playing a Wii game on 720p TV would be the same effect as if you were playing a Xbox 360/PS3 game on a 1080p TV. It looks ugly.....and blurry.ShadowDeathX

1.) Game is Unfinished/ Broken

Developers are lazier than ever this generation. They can legally ship out unfinished games and just patch in the "finish" with months of updating. Many games have first day patches. Hell some games cant even play the multiplayer the first few days.

2.) Game is Expensive

Unlike other hobbies, you can always count on the price of video games to drop. Some old games and special editions will actually go up in value with time. Some games drop in price within months. Especially today with yearly releases, you just have to be patient enough to wait one year and you'll get a better complete anniversary edition for less, which leads us to the last reason.

3.) Content is Missing

DLC is the norm in today's gaming market. Developers just dont release one game anymore. They release the game then offer DLC to add content bit by bit over the game's life spam. By waiting a year for the anniversary edition, you get all bits and pieces of the Full complete game at about half the cost. games with user generated content is missing on launch day. Getting the game later will guranteed to give you a better first impression with all the user creativity, at a better bargain.

The pics actually arent a good representation. The reason they look poor is a) due to the dynamic lighting vs prebaked in uc2 b) models imported from uc2 had to be changed, the uc3 ones look much better in general. c) cherry picking pics. There is a massive amount of people who will go to great lengths to discredit uncharted. Its pretty hilarious reallyohgeez

UC3 doesnt use Dynamic lighting, it uses the same old pre-baked engine UC2 uses. These pictures were posted on the Official ND forums by dissapointed Uncharted fans. Lemmings were probably Not envolved

finally got GTA 4 to get ready for GTA 5, but the controls are aweful. they are unresponsive like Killzone 2 and the driving especially is unplayable, almost. any configs to make it better (PS3)? Standard or Classic?

Sony cant force ND to incorporate anything they dont want to. if that was the case, UC3 would've had Move support. though Sony suggested ND try and incorporate the ps Move, ND said no since they would have to rebuild the whole platforming structure
