I see what you mean, although i have no design skill at all, i've asked a friend to help me make my banner, but i'll need some help with with userbars and icons and that, If anyone could possibly give me a hand i would be very very grateful :)

I need a hand with my union :P, i need to help motivate the officers and start to get the recruits coming in and the bard running smoothly.
