Okay, now i am a bit Pissed off again, and i would like to point out this has nothing to do with the members who have previosuly posted towards this fantastic idea.

Before our meeting on Saturday Ali, and before you made your return i had sent you a PM or two on this very subject, BATracer clan for F1PU, i heard absolutly nothing from you on the matter, but you have come here and immedietly replied on the subject.

before all of this went down i had done nothing to you and yet you ignored my PMs? something is very wrong in all of this and i think you should owe us an explanation as to why ignored some of my PMs

This has only reitorated my anger in this. i am growing sick and tired of how treat me and Chris as the bad guys and treat the members as your own puppets

yea you're right, it is getting tedious, but we feel maybe a entry into the Hall of fame or something going under "beyond the call of duty or something" who knows, we just feel very put down by all of this, and this vote issue still needs to be sorted, we still think a vote should be held on the leadership issues Aloushi.

Is ignoring the problem always the way you have dealt with things before? cus if it is, shame on you cus this isn't going to go away easily my good chum, the fact fo the matter is you treated us poorly after we stuck our necks for this union, we kept it going for months on end whilst you did a no show. and in the meeting we did as well.

We did our best for this union and yet you can just seem to chuck it aside as if it were nothing. I'm still very dissapointed in the way things have dealt with in all of this. i admit i had my doing in this but it doesn't count for your ruthless and absolutly pathetic attitude as leader.

I am So flaming sick of being made out to be thebas**rd here Ali, i stuck my neck on the line for this union and i have been made to pay for it, FINE!, but i do think that you are a selfish leader who only has plans for yourself and no one else, you just listen to people's comment and then twist the answer into your wanting.

This cannot continue, i feel you are no longer capable of leadership as i have said many times now. if you look at this union, yea sure the activity has picked up, but to what 10-15 posts a day? and a few good threads keeping people interested.

I admit i lost my head in the meeting saturday, but i have a short temper for people who are selfish and are only out for themselves, i have been treated like S**t before and be made out to be the bad guy, I am not going to let this happen again.

I think it is pathetic how you make me and Chris to be the bad guys and make yourself so called "Leader" and expect to come back to a cosy union who thinks they will welcome you with open arms. Sorry, it hasn't happened.

people may suck up to you, thats because they don't know the full story, and i think itsa shame they don't. you are twisting things to make yourself look good and i am sickand tired of it.

I never thought it will come to this, but i feel i must leave the union, i know that i have done my upmost best efforts to support you all haven't worked recently, and i feel that i have let you down, i wish to take my leave cus i feel i can no longer work under a leader who does not care for its members opinions.

I am sorry i have to do this but i feel i can no longer give anything to the union. I shall miss you all, i'll check in on the board from time to time, but i shall not post anymore unless i feel it is right.

Thank you tanner, I just hink decisions for the sacking of a F1PU admin should just be done by the Leader, if the members wish to have their say on the matter, they should be aloud, which is what i tried to have happen in the meeting yesterday, i thought we should have a vote of no confidence to see what you members think of aloushi and if he should still remain leader, yet he dismissed and said there will be no vote.

I find it unacceptable that i was sacked so quick, and withoutother members thoughts on the matter

It should really be his descicion to make, its you the guys in the union who should be able to say "we don't want this person here" or some stuff like that, i respect everyones opinion weaher it be good or bad of me, i want to know how you feel.

and i respect that some of you do not have a high opinion of me anymore and i understand that i should not of done what i did but i have a passion for this union and its members and this was the reason i may have lost my temper in the meeting.
