I agree with your statement that Galaxy is more hardcore than AC.

i didn't meant that, i meant that smg is more vital than ac.

i mean, if smg flopped all the sheep would likely leave gs, but if ac flops it wouldn't matter that much, maybe to just a small part of gs.

Gamespot could care less about System Wars making fanboys happy would have nothing to do with it.

well, you can't know that for sure can you? after all more happy people=potential for more gold subscribers=more $$$

well that's like 18 hours for the average gamer, it's like a ff game, you can either play the main story for like 30-40 hours or you can do every sidequests and collect all items during which results in a gameplay longer than 100 hours...

well the scale of the city doesn't really change anything cos you can easily travel quickly in it by hoping from roof to roof :P

I agree it's def overrated. Played trough HL2. Half-Life ep 1 is a serious lack luster experience, Ep2 is way too short to be worth more than 90$, Portal is a cool and well done MOD but nothing more than that. There just isn't enough things to do and puzzles to solve and TF2 is easy to get tired of real quick.

The Orange Box is a compiliation of 5 of the best games ever made. I don't know why you people are complaining. I honestly never knew gamers whined this much until I came to the Gamespot forums...

Obviously you don't know the difference between stating facts and being critical and whining. Fact is that I completed Portal in one day getting all the stuff you can, completed HL ep 1 and 2 the day after and now I got only TF2 to enjoy myself with after 2 days! Great games but not worth the money I paid for it since the games obviously didn't last me very long at all.

so learn to play in moderation >_>
