[QUOTE="ShmenonPie"]So what if the Halo launch is huge? It doesn't mean that Halo is a good series, does it? No, because Halo is an average, very overrated series. I could understand if one review gave it a bloated score, but how can people be so deluded into thinking this is any better than games like Timesplitters 2, and Unreal Tournament? It isn't, it's just a slow paced shooter with too big a focus on multiplayer.weffer

Halo's launch alone does not make it a good series. YOu are right in that respect. Its playability, cool story and amazing online make it a good series. Average shooter? I cant find one on any console that controls as well as halo does.

cool story? HA! a super powerful solider that can jump 20 meter high needs to save the universe from the aliens that have a mass destruction weapon, OHH SO COOL COMPLEX AND ORIGINAL.

looks great n all but the pause screen is unbalanced imo cos of the fact that you can look around during it, i mean you pause, and you can look around, count the enemies see where they are for as long as you want without them doing anything.

also in one vid i saw there was an enemy at the back of the player ready to strike, the player paused, looked a bit around to see where are all the enemeis and saw that one guy at his back, and then he just shot him (if you lets say turn from left to right during the pause, then you unpause you will still at the right instead of going back to left)

conculsion from above, i don't think that pause menu is a good idea (maybe they'll fix it)

[QUOTE="k-diddy66"]people are hyping this like its the second coming of christ when it isnt...yet.so far nothing and i mean nothing has shown it is worthy of a sequal. All it has shown is that it has good blood and apart from thta, the textures, shadowing and character models dont even look any better than the original ninja gaiden.i know having playedng1 that ninja gaiden is one of the definitive games on the original xbox and ninja gaiden just doesnt seem so impressive.to top sigma its going to have to do everything and more. All i here is people hyping this on it being the ninja gaiden gameNitaraPwnzU

LOL....I am just going to remind you of this :D

TEAM NINJA
The biggest announcement of the day was Ninja Gaiden II, which will be published directly by Microsoft as an Xbox 360 exclusive. When the game's title card was displayed and the series producer and Team Ninja head Tomonobu Itagaki appeared, Xbox fans in the meeting hall's balcony immediately started cheering.

"Well, that's one way to harvest organs."

"Our goal in Ninja Gaiden II is to create the world's premier action game, just as Dead or Alive 4 was the premier fighting game when it was released for the Xbox 360 launch and remains so to this day," said Itagaki. "That's also our goal for creating Ninja Gaiden II, and we're putting a lot of effort into it."

"When we were creating the original Ninja Gaiden for the Xbox, we used the hardware to its fullest, to extract every drop of power," Itagaki continued. "As a result, there were about 10 to 20 features that we wanted that we weren't able to implement in the game. With Ninja Gaiden II on the Xbox 360's next-generation hardware, we're able to implement features that we weren't before. As you can imagine, there's no greater thrill for a developer."

"Please enjoy the world's best action game running on the world's most powerful hardware, the Xbox 360," concluded Itagaki, as he cued a real-time demonstration.

GI: Games like Code Cronos and Ninja Gaiden 2 have been sort of waiting in the wings for quite a while now. Do you think we'll be hearing some announcements about those titles in 2007?

Itagaki: I'd like to show everybody some of the new stuff that we've been working on in the near future. The only problem with that is that when the other developers see what we're doing, they're going to lose all of their motivation to create any game in the same genre, because there's no way they can beat it

PURE ARROGANCE.

he makes great games, but as a person i REALLY hate him.
