Despite how biased Huffington Post generally is, this is 100% facts and I cannot find anything untrue about it.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2008/07/02/mccain-fundraiser-oversaw_n_110354.html

The co-host of a recent top-dollar fundraiser for Sen. John McCain oversaw the payment of roughly $1.7 million to a Colombian paramilitary group that is today designated a terrorist organization by the United States.

Carl H. Lindner Jr., the billionaire Cincinnati businessman, was CEO of Chiquita Brands International from 1984 to 2001, and remained on the company's board of directors until May 2002. Beginning under his tenure, Chiquita executives paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to the United Self-Defense Forces of Colombia (known by the Spanish acronym AUC), which is described by George Washington University's National Security Archive as an "illegal right-wing anti-guerrilla group tied to many of the country's most notorious civilian massacres."

Man, I don't know what dream land you guys are living in but it sure as hell isn't the USA
. As far as good jobs, all I see are good businesses closing or going off shore. or outsocing.
When was the last time you heard of a good big buisiness opening and hiring here.
Have less education, and if your job is still here, they will hire an illegal for it.They work cheaper.
Forget closing the borders. It is not happening.A BIG freeom lost.
Our men that come back from Iraq or in service--the emp;oyers use to have to hold their jobs open. Come back from fighting now and find an illegal took your place while you were away defending this country..Another freedom lost.
and forget after fighting for your country and being wounded getting health care. That is a bigger fight than the one you just came from. Another HUGE FREEDOM LOST.
Until the Bushs became president National Guard was kept here at home to protect YOUR state.NOT sent off to fight for oil and make the rich --richer.
I could tell you a lot of freedoms we have lost and if you can't see them you are either walking around with blinders on or are a RICH REPLICAN

unlesss you are born into money and your parents are paying tuition then you have to get grants which is about 5 percent change right now. Getting a loan is signing your life away. You end up paying ten times the amount due to inflation and interest rates fluctuating during your life. Not to mention all the late penalties because you are struggling at the beginning of your carrer.

It cracks me up when people say something that is "Easier Said Than Done!"

Giving personal advice or psychological advice online is very bad because you don't have the time to fully assess the individuals situation and you more than likley have no idea what you are talking about you are just trying to impress others.

Guess what, America is set up for you to be in debt for life and that makes it almost impossible to live.

I'm only 30 years old, and in the short time between me being a fun loving kid and my current status of pissed off adult, I have noticed exactly how ridiculous America is/has become.

We live in a country where....

We are shown basically real time bombing campaigns on TV, but people go nuts if a nipple makes an appearance.

Where they bleep out words like "drugs" and "heroin" on radio stations.

Freedom is nothing more than an illusion. Think you're free? Think again.

People are arrested and sent to prison for a very long time for committing victimless crimes.

People are arrested for possession of a certain substance that government agencies have been caught transporting (http://djd.newsvine.com/_news/2007/09/29/993329-cia-plane-crashes-in-yucatan-carrying-32-tons-of-cocaine)

Lots of feeble minded twist like to carry on about how "free" they are. These people must not pay attention to what happens if they forget to pay their property taxess. In a truly free nation, the government couldn't come take your house.

We live in a nation where elected first time politicians go to DC and are worth maybe a few hundred grand, but when they leave office, they are worth millions.

Lets be honest here, most people in the U.S. are just plain stupid. They naively believe their "freedoms" and "rights" trump everyone elses. If they see/hear/read something they disagree with, they don't just ignore it, they cry out for it to be banned.

They allow more of our liberty to be taken away, usually in the name of "protecting the children". They allow more of our money to be stolen from us by government in the name of "being compassionate".

They allow the government to infringe on more and more of our rights in the name of "fighting terror", yet they continue to allow the jackasses in DC to leave our borders wide open. Yea, very effective "war" strategy there, leave your front door wide open.

I could go on and on, but I think this might give the gist of the sad state this nation is in.

Nuclear obliteration couldn't really damage us any more, who knows, it might be just the thing we need to start over. I wouldn't be opposed to it.
