@J_P-: I don't find as much enjoyment from pc games. I play PC games mainly for games I feel like shine brightest on the PC (strategy, mmo, wrpgs) likewise for the consoles, I don't get as much fun from strategy games, and other such ones on consoles.

Having played the doom game on the GBA this will be so nostalgic for me. It'll be like playing the GBA of the future all over again.

I played the crap out of the GBA version of Doom, can't wait to play this one similarly. If only 10 year old me could see how far I've come.

Yeah, can't name many games made in Japan that hold up in recent times.

A consoles differences fall short when the games don't take advantage of those differences, or at least have games that are unique.

The only games that interest me right now are third party because all the first party ones are either predictable sequels or just uninteresting.
