Well hi there ladies and gents.

I'm looking for inspiration for a message from JB to me, on a poster. I know it sounds a little odd, but there's a page on the sony site whereby you can pick a poster print of John and have a little personalised message printed on it. Simple as that. However I really have no idea what to request.

I can have up to four lines of 16 characters each. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm still squeeing about this (and the Torchwood series 2 spoilers and pics released today)a little too much to think straight at the moment.

So my beloved friends list, any ideas??

I was wondering for all you Classic Who knowledged peoples, which story do you reckon would be a good one to start my plunge into old Who with?

For those of you who aren't Who fans, what shows do you think I ought to investigate? I've already got Supernatural and Studio 60 on the go, and I'm possibly thinking about giving the first season of Buffy a try. (I have honestly never watched an episode of Buffy in my life. Not even just a few minutes of one. I know, I know, what did I spend my time doing at school and college??? I really don't have an acceptable answer to that. Well certainly not for a family site like this one anyhow. ;) )

So rek me up peoples :D I can get hold of pretty much anything, so oldies are good too. I have the technology now don't ya know :D

A slight diversion from my proposed blog, which was essentially going to be pics of a few secksy laydies at the request of Dan.

However I'm having my monthly arguement with my internet peoples, who have decided yet again that at periodic times this week they will cut my service. Why this foolishness I hear you cry??? Well because I pay my bill on Friday. My bill is always paid on Friday. They've decided to start demanding the money a week earlier. I've said no, as well, you know, there are other thingys getting paid the week before teh internets bill. Now although I've always paid it with no problems, no late payments etc, they've decided to move the payment dateand then call me and tell me I'm a scoundrel because they can't take the money on that date anymore and now want it earlier. In the parlance of the tenth Doctor: WHAT? What???

So today I have been mostly arguing with Virgin. Oops. Did I just tell you who the sucky peoples are? I did? Oh well. They suck. If T-Mobile can take my stupid mobile bill when I tell them I can pay it I'm sure the trazillionaire Virgin can wait a bloody week. Did I mention they set up the original date in the first place? Huh? Grrr.

I'm ranting now. I don't even know if this is going to post. It probably won't, the connection has been sporadic all day. As a result of this I've rushed through my answers to the second round of Lin's excellent quiz just to make sure they were back in before I get banished. I really wanted to take my time and check the answers etc, cos you know, it's the specialist round and I'm supposed to know all that stuff. It would be mighty embarrassing - will be probably - for me not to get them all right me thinks.

Speaking of Lin, I have a confession to make to all you lovely people on here. I've been naughty. Not intentionally for once but hey ho I managed it anyhow. The most generous Lin let me know that she got the JB editor gig and suggested I go make contributions and generally shift my ass and do something (well she didn't say that but thats what I thought to myself after she'd made me the offer, I thought "Come on LadyH shift your bloody ass"). Now you know how generally lazy with subs and stuff I am around here. But you also know my deep deep devotion to John Barrowman. So, perfect match to get me kicked started. I started off doing some tidying up, aswe both agreed itwas pretty messy really. Lin made me a trusted contributor. I got a hat and everything and a little thingy in my whatsit at the side here :D. Then I didn't check what I was doing and over took her on points and became editor. I feel really bad about this you know? Its like biting theass that feeds you (I may be mixing metaphors again here ;)). So I'd like to make another apology to her here. I'm sorry Lin :(

Wow, this was gonna be a short blog. Not so much anymore huh?

I still haven't got my hands on the HP book due to being incapacitated by a terrible cold *cough hangover cough* on Saturday :lol: So I'm turning off the TV and radio everytime there's a mention and avoiding certain places on line that I usually go to just incase I read something I shouldn't :) I know that seems a bit dramatic but I really want what happens to be a shock. I like to find books out for myself and maybe not see things coming.

Watched Clapham Junction last night and although most of it was good the stand out bit for me was the thingy with the kid and the guy from the library (I'm sorry I was tired so the names where just totally going over my head :) ) I thought it was so, well, just guh. I've been thinking through it all today and just wow. Its a bit of drama that will stick with me for a long time, and being blonde I can't say that about much let me tell you :lol: But seriously, kudos to the two actors in those bits, they were magnificent.

As I said this was meant to be short but I got carried away. Hopefully I'll be able to stick around this week. If not I'll see you all Saturday :D Have a good one guys xx

Yet again Real Life has totally bitten me in the ass over the last two weeks and as a result I've been forced to live without the t'internets. Believe me I was shaking like an idiot at first. Thank god I can check my email on my mobile otherwise I may well havecried and started pulling my hair out :D

The first thing to happen was my Aunty's death which really came out of left field if I'm honest. Then no sooner had we all come to terms with that than my Grandad was taken into hospital as he is a stubborn old goat who refuses to take some of the tablets he is given. The result of which is a fluid build up on his lungs and problems with his heart. I could kill him if I didn't adore him so much :lol: When he goes into hospital my nanan cannot be left on her own as she is completelybatsh*t loopy (in a lovely nan type way you understand ;) ) Thus I went to live with her for the ten days he was in. Thus no internets. Thus crazy LadyH.

But enough of that.

I signed in to find I'd got mail! Yeay for me :D Lins first round of questions for her mastermind quiz. I'd totally forgotten about this and now I'm excited all over again. I'll probably end up being the last one with the answers in as the first round is movies. Let me share a secret with you guys, but don't tell anyone, ok?thanx. I'm totally sh*t at movie type trivia. Oh yes I am. *theatrical sigh* still one must try. Oh by the way, for anyone reading this who is taking part - I am totally ace at everything, including movie trivia, and I'm so gonna whoop you all. :lol:

I'm looking back through what I've just written and thinking maybe some of my nanans craziness has rubbed off on me.

I've also not been able to watch any TV apart from the news and gardening programmes. Neither have I been able to watch the last two episdoes of Life on Mars, nor the last four eps of Firefly. I have sort of come across Serenity though so yeay for that.

Question for all you who have seen Firefly, Is it wrong that I completely adore Mal and think he is very very lush??

Trouble with this is I can't figure out whether this is because he reminds me of JB's partner Scott or not.

I've had time to mull on the last Who episode and I've come to the conclusion that I didn't really like it. I think I might have gone as far as to say I disliked it had it not been for Jack spending most of his time dirty and in chains. That was AMAZING.

As reported elsewhere on this site I'm currently stuck in a Gallifrey sized plot hole. I may never get out of it. In fact its not just one, it's a whole bunch of 'em.

If you have no idea what I'm talking about, well lets just say this, after a stonking season of Who, I'm feeling rather bewildered about the finale. I'll save that rant for another time though.
