@legendofsense: what about forza Carmageddon?

Yeah if its gonna be the annualized franchise like it is I think they need to pull a Call of Doody and have a 3rd series/ dev to throw into the rotation. With Forza 7 it's really starting to get stale.

Eh, that's a complicated question considering the size of both organizations. Unfortunately, from an investment perspective, there are probably far better things for MS to invest in that will yield a larger return in comparison to video games. The few video game investments they have made this gen have not paid off. Its probably difficult to convince upper management to drop millions on games when it hasn't been working all generation.

I don't think the above is a valid excuse, but its the reality on how management view things. Spend $50 million on X or Y, they will pick the one with the higher chance at a better return. Sony has had a great run this gen and confidence is incredibly high in the gaming division. Not sure if MS feels quite the same way.

@davillain-: What fantasy world are you living in, they've had the idea for destiny since Halo 2 or 3 but MS would only allow them to make Halo games as it was MS biggest franchise. It's the reason why bungie left MS so they could actually make other games.

As for people asking for eververse to be removed, well that's a joke. I've never been to a more toxic message board then destiny's, and it's been like that since day one. They bitch and complain about EVERYTHING and anything and do it non stop and then can't figure out why bungie doesn't listen to them. Message board "Hey nerf this gun it's op!!!". Bungie needs op gun, message board " f*ck you bungie why'd you nerf our favorite gun!!!" Destiny 1 "there's way to much grinding for everything!!!". Destiny 2, " why you assholes take out all the massive time consuming grinding, it was my favorite part!!!".

I haven't played a ton of the dawning yet, the little I have I don't see the complaints, it's yet again bs nerd rage that is 100% unwarranted.

It's serviceable. The framerate dips sometimes in bustling cities and the dynamic resolution can go lower than any other game I own on Switch.

But honestly, it's not that bad for the most part, and I play the game in handheld mode for like 70% of the time.
