@aiat_gamer @leikeylosh Not at all! But I think it's important to support your opinion with arguments. McShea had no argument at all, he was like "I don't like this because I don't like it."
Nick presents some arguments here for why he didn't like the game. He says the game makes the player feels like a lab rat in a controlled environment. No sense of freedom. Zombies are not threatening. Etc, etc.
@vader501st @leikeylosh McShea's reviews were dreadful. Even in his description was stated that he loved the things everyone hated and vice-versa. I think those kind of reviewers are the worse.
@nick_capozzoli @leikeylosh Of course, you just followed house rules and was completely honest in your review, just like you stated a few comments below. I think no one should blame you, Nick. You just followed the company philosophy. I think being honest to yourself and to your readers is the most important thng, just like you did.
Nick, I love your reviews ever since Dust 514 and then Richard & Alice, Firefall, etc. Obviously you have a very unique style and you write very well. Even the haters have to admit you are talented. Gamespot knew this, knew that you're a unique critic with unique opinions, so I ask you this: Did Gamespot ask you to ignore the first Dead Rising 3 review and do an all-new analysis, or did you decide to do it on your own?
