When i was younger i remember seeing so many original and different games on the consoles than what you'd see on pc, nowadays it's just another generic war shooter nº24364357 and neverending sequels.

My take on it is that "consoles" are killing some franchises, that most obvious one is Dragon Age 2 which removed key features on the pc because of consoles, but thenyou all know it's actually because corps are greedy and just want money.

I do agree that a console is great because it always runs the game at a fixed framrate and you don't need to upgrade it all the time which i hate doing on my pc but at this point except for exclusive titles consoles don't really offer much maybe the wii with it's waggle system which didn't really worked for ms and sony (imo)....

I had to buy one to play some rpgs and other gems like MGS4 and Rock band but in the end i still spend more time on my pc.
