Normally, I'd agree with you, but this matters. If any casual gamer who hasn't moved on to the current gen and isn't a member of this site just visits to check up on upcoming games, they're going to leave with the impression that multiplats are only on 360 which is likely to have an impact on their purchasing decision in the future.

By listing just the 360 next to games that are really multiplatform, Gamespot is inadvertently (or purposefully - who knows) advertising for the 360 and against the PS3. Gamespot is a huge website, so what they do does have an impact on the gaming industry and on sales. Bad PS3 hardware and software sales = less 3rd party dev support for PS3 = possibly fewer and/or worse mutliplatform games in the future for the PS3.

Regardless of how big or small this impact may be, Gamespot can't claim to be unbiased when they are doing things like this, inadvertently or not.

Even EUROGAMER gave it higher than GameSpot.

The scoring system needs work. You write a great, detailed review that basically screams 9/10 and then give it a 7.5. Same with Tools of Destruction.

Exactly there are many PS3 exclusives which got a very low rating at GS.Hell motorstorm didnnt even get AA.Although it was a GREAT game.

And what about "Braid" ?? LOL Gamespot is just off the limmits.And i cant unjoin it because i am used to here.

Not even close.Hell it was just an AA title on IGN.Gamespot always loves 360 titles even if they sck.

Now we're fighting over bias in reviews? I'm primarily pushing the point that GS pushes the Box onto from the top shelf and act like we don't mind it hitting us.

On a side note it isn't any different from any other form of media. NBC, ABC, and CNN push liberialism; Fox News pushes conservatism. Nature of the beast and all that. I'm just making the point of the favoritism and the "mind control."

It does that pretty often.But people here are least pushed.

The problem does not arise when gamespot gives the games lesser score.Because honoustly we all know PS3 is BY FAR MOST PACKED console.

The problem arises when people at SW bash PS3 as an inferior and out dated console with hardly any AA titles.

Aren't mutliplats the same for all systems? Oh yes they are .. whats the big deal?

Oh really what about lost planet ? What about F.E.A.R ? I played both of them on all platforms they arent much different.

And even if they rated PS3 versions less shouldnt they rate GTA IV and Oblivion less for the 360 ? Hell they rated the PS3 version of oblivion lesser :lol:

When will you guys learn that reviews are opinions which may or may not be liked. Some of you act like you're new to gaming period. Opinions about games have never been all reviewed high. If all games were reviewed high some of you would have every single game that has came out thus far since reviews count as everything to some of you. Well none of us disagreed to the fact that reviews are opinions ...bla..bla....We were just saying gamespot is Bias.Check out the review for Wipeout HD,Uncharted and Motorstorm.

Also have you seen any PS3 multiplats above 360s(in scoring or top ten)?? Although GTA IV was better on PS3 and so was Oblivion but they never overrated them.On the other hand they never hesistate to underrate bad PS3 multiplats example Lost Planet and ALOT more.

Some games can not be displayed at 1080p. By unchecking the 720p function, those games will be displayed at 480p. Unless they made changes to that...that's how it was earlier this year.ikn3z

It all depends on which game supports FULL 1080p HD.And if they dont than you have to check 720p to get HD resolution
